Spacious rooms, good bedding, great outdoor & indoor space and seating. Set in a private/quiet cup-de-sac, good size pool (we recommend heating it, even in high season as states 1.6 metres depth, but is closer to 1.8 metres at its deepest). Pool maintenance was good at twice through the week. Utility room good. The en-suite bedroom has a safe. Great showers & hot water on tap.
Local immediate amenities and tourist attractions = Small grocery store well stocked / Delaney’s restaurant/ a snack bar/ ice cream parlour / Bambu restaurant 🤩/ Binibeca vel & Binibeca beach. Bus stop at the end of the road too for fast (20 min) ride to Mahon centre. There’s also a tourist train that stops at the end of the road that goes to Punta Prima, but the service on this was unreliable, only 7euros in a taxi- the taxi rank is also alongside the bus stop.
No bath (but shows in the pictures).
More towels needed.
New toaster & kettle would be good.
Provision of basic materials such as; toilet tissue, cleaning products for washing machine & bin bags please.
Bit of milk, tea, coffee, water, bread & butter upon arrival would be a nice gesture too

The heated pool was wonderful. Particularly useful on the few cooler days we had,

Pool was glorious. Maintained well. Comfortable seating. Good location.
Oven was difficult to control. Few more food bowls would be nice.
