The staff were so helpful. The room was clean, comfy, had a balcony, coffee machine, lots of little extras provided, air-con, large bathroom, quiet, washing line off balcony, lots of food options nearby, easy walk to historic centre. I felt very safe as an older woman travelling solo.

The location is central to the heart of Palermo, the owner hostess was very helpful with tips and transfer suggestions. She has done a great job remodeling the place.
Like most boutique hotels, the exterior scares you when you get there, the building in front is falling apart, the door to the hotel is very old and wore down. You open it and you got a set of tall stairs to the hotel. The owner said that with the other owners they will fix the front. It will help the initial shock. We arrived late at night and it was a bit surprising. The hotel is beautiful inside.

Excellent location, close to everything
Our room was big with good natural light. Well stocked with tea/coffee/biscuits and other essentials. The water bottle was replaced daily. Good size bathroom, shower was powerful.
Staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Alba was full of helpful tips and suggestions.
We felt well pampered and would certainly return there.
