Nice suite. Excellent location.

The backyard is directly facing a busy road. If it’s a fully fenced yard, the privacy will be way better.

It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay away from home!

The property is clean and plenty of beds to sleep in. Plus they have bbq grill in their backyard and a picnic table which is just perfect for summer! We we’re able to cook our food and eat outside too!

Our expectations were all met its just that they should put another TV on the other side of the house.

Lovely to be able to sit outside and have a good sized fridge to use. Everything that was needed was there and the bed was not too firm and comfortable for me.

Easy to find. Close to highway.

It seems that they didn’t change the beddings after the last client checked out. And also, as they don’t have a dishwasher, the cooking ware is not clean enough. It’s adjacent to highway. During night, the room is often illuminated by the outside car lights.

We enjoyed our quick stay in this house. Everything we need is there and the whole place is immaculate!

Very spacious. Perfect for two couples, but could easily work for more people. Having parking space was great and the owner is very friendly. Great sheets and comfortable beds

Good price for a new suite in a good location but some things in the ad could be made more clear.

The location worked well for us, about 10-12 minutes from downtown Nanaimo. The suite was new and clean. Beds were new looking but firm. Host was friendly and responded to most questions quickly.

It was not clear that there was a sink for doing dishes outside but we eventually asked and this was explained. The listing could be more clear which photos are for which rental option. Most are not labeled, so we thought we were getting a full kitchen but our burner, fridge and sink for dishes were outside in the backyard. It worked for what we needed though, we just cooked less at the rental. Note to host that dishes provided have gold trim, which can't go in the microwave, so you should change that out so microwave can be used. A large computer monitor with mouse is provided but no keyboard, so you can't really watch anything with the set up. There is voice search option so you can get to YouTube and search with voice command but that's about it. I messaged about this but didn't get a response, could be due to language barrier.

Very spacious, very clean, the host was very kind and welcoming. Beautiful property. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Utensils, water cooler, coffee machine and microwave.

A perfect place if you enjoy a relaxing quiet space after a day of being a tourist.

I loved my stay here. Julia was nice. The place was great with high ceilings and an outdoor kitchen which saved my family money as we bought some groceries and we had a few family meals. Plenty of space in our suite which I enjoyed as we are all enjoy having our own space when we need to decompress. Loved the outdoor sitting area. Really felt like home/one with nature. I will stay here again with my next visit to Nanaimo!

Nice & comfortable

It is nice there, big size, two bedrooms, modern bathroom, BBQ outside - gentle hosts.

If there is something, than it could be to clean the dishes outside, but it is interesting. Everything is very comfortable, so it does not matter. In my opinion the binds (in German called „Jalousie“) are white (see picture), it would be better, if they are dark.
