Best hotel on the road trip! Staff was amazing, from front desk, maintenence and house keeping. They were all willing to help and answer questions and provide recomendations.The location was convenient and the view from the room was so nice. The hotel was clean and in good repair.

The beautiful view with chairs and table so could have morning coffee on deck
Would like to see some bottled water in rooms. Continental breakfast-better replenishing of items gone, clean tables in between customers.

Loved the scenery, but out our windows was a separated view of the lake. Lake to the left, hot tub in the middle, then lake to the right.
There was nothing hot for breakfast. Everything was cold. It was great that you had Oat milk! Thank you for that.
We had a draft coming through the front door. Rm 207 The weather stripping on the door was too high. We could see daylight through the bottom of the door. The tiles outside the bathroom were freezing. I had to stuff a towel under the door.
Whoever stayed directly above us sounded like a herd of elephants. Every step was a loud stomp! They walked around all day long.
