Average. The neighborhood seemed sketchy

The breakfast was mediocre. Not enough variety or space to sit

Laundry machines should be in working order and the breakfast space and choices could use an upgrade. The outside needs a facelift but it was close to the highway

We enjoyed our stay, in fact we returned a week later for a second stay.

Location, price, amenities, laundry facilities, breakfast, staff. Proximity to ferry, and car drop off.

Superb

Staff were very friendly. Excellent customer service. The manager called me and said that I forgot my phone charger at my room and made arrangement that if I ever come come back to the island I can pick it up it anytime. They also accommodate my request for the 3 rooms to be Beside each other and it was on the first floor since we have somebody with a wheelchair.

There was no more bread at breakfast and it was only around 8am. Hallway and room was dark. They need to brighten up the place. Change of color (need new paint). Other than that it was still ok.

This is our 2nd stay here so the should sum it up. Good pet friendly accommodation.

We liked the continental breakfast but would have liked the boiled eggs and waffles we had at other Wyndham accommodations. It was convenient to take back to our room as we had our dog and I could stay in my pajamas. One lady, I can't remember her name, was amazing, she was very friendly and took an interest to be helpful to all the guests' needs in and out of the breakfast room. The room we had was in a good location, we could park right outside the little patio to keep an eye on our car, very convenient to unpack and pack the car, plus very close to the breakfast room for those who, like me, want to get their brekkie in their pjs. We rated the Wi-Fi as N/A as we didn't use it but it was available for free with a password.

It wasn't the hotel's fault but there were quite a few speeding cars cutting through the parking lot and less-than-desirable people hanging out in the parking lot both day and night.

Very close to a lovely walk around the park and harbour. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly, welcoming

The propierty is quite dated and felt dingy.

Check-in was easy

The walls were poorly insulated, so the room was very loud with people in the hall and stairwell as well as outside traffic noise. I would have given it a higher rating if the price had been very reasonable, but the single room cost more than $130/night. For this price during off-season, I would have expected a better sleep.

Front desk staff were so friendly

Old, outdated and smelly Tape holding carpet down, cracks in the paster in the bathroom, curtains were dusty and don't get me started on the cob webs in the room

An pleasant stay.

Room was very clean and well equip with towels and clean sheets

Noise from the road and when asked to move to another room staff didn’t accommodate.

Not the best of experiences.

Clean room. Decent bed.

Location, neither in town nor close to malls, rather deserted, dreary. There used to be a restaurant nearby, now closed. Breakfast is bare minimum ( muffin, apple, banana, yoghourt and oats...no cheese, egg, meat of any kind).
