Location. Clean. Rooms were fine
Not kept up well. Could be so much nicer. It wasn’t a problem for me, but there are residents in the rooms beside me and they were often outside their rooms, drinking coffee. At first I was a bit concerned - but they were very friendly, and felt my room was safe because they were watching out)

It was convenient, adequate, realatively comfortable.
The air conditioner was extremely loud, Because the conditioner was in an open window we got all the street traffic noise, aso all the noise from loud neighbours below our suite that went on till about 2 am.
