Perfect central location, a 10 min walk from restaurants. There is a room on the main floor of the owner's home. Both rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. A small private fridge is well stock with drinks. Chocolate treats were a nice touch. You have access to a very large and interesting back yard with lots of trees/bushes, a large chicken coop and quite a few wild rabbits hanging about. The host was very congenial and conversational. There are two adorable wiener dogs who love company!
The room had a mobile AC unit which worked well but naturally created the expected amount of noise. The entrance to the private bathroom (right beside the bedroom) is in the hallway rather than from the room itself.
None of the above were issues for us though.
