Convenient location for catching the early morning ferry, comfy bed, clean room. Enjoyed being upstairs with outdoor seating area.
Road noise with being on a main road for Nanaimo. But to be expected with the location.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, restaurant next door. Accommodating for my lower floor request (husband is in a wheelchair).
Air conditioner was very loud but I see they are in the process of installing heat pumps so that’s fantastic.

No plug for bath. Dark room at back of building
