Conveniently located if you have to catch the ferry back and before still want to see a bit of Nanaimo centre plus surrounding parks / beaches.

Rented one room for 2 people, and one for 3 people with a kitchenette. Nothing stood as above average, with the 3 person room appearing cramped. Rental price was good.
1. Extra towels were requested shortly after arrival for 3 person room as there were only two.
2. Requested room service to clean both rooms for third day as the bathroom floors and baths seemed messier than expected (neither stood out on arrival but were not really examined either) but neither rooms were cleaned (garbage not taken out, sinks & tubs not cleaned, bathroom floors not swept).
