The location was great and the room comfortable although very small. Room was clean. Not the best breakfast but it was ok. The staff stand and stare you while you put food in your plate.
Reception staff was very rude. We booked the hotel for the parking facilities and when we arrived we were informed that the parking was full. When we told them that we booked the hotel for the parking as we also had our child with us the girl at the reception said “ first come first serve”. She gave us a map with the parking spaces around the hotel which were 3 blocks away without even apologizing for the inconvenience.

The location was great. Six minute walk to Sapporo Tower/Odori Park. Hotel is also right next to Tanuki Koji shopping street where you can find dinner or lunch within minutes. Staff was also very helpful with all our questions. Will for sure use again if I return to Sapporo.

Good location for shopping and restaurants. Clean room.
Tiny room with king bed for 2 people. It doesnt look like 20sqm. Not valuable compared to the price for 3 star hotel we paid during weekdays in June. We had to pay extra money for daily house keeping.
