Great location, space for the 3 of us, all the facilities we needed for an overnight stop off. Opposite the abbey and 2 mins to shops.

Lovely hotel, we had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant. All the staff were great, especially Brad who was very helpful at the evening meal.
The WiFi was very weak in the room Hayloft room.

Our room was very spacious. Bed very comfy and we had a bath in the room which was a nice surprise. The view of the abbey from the bar was fab. The best bit of the stay was the food! Amazing!!

Very comfy bed.
Excellent location
The bathroom was not nice. It had mould on the walls as you go in and the toilet door didn't close properly. It all was very tired and needed. Redoing.
There were not enough plugs for things like mobile phones.
A few of the lights didn't work
