Clean friendly and great rooms and friendly staff
The sitee in our room the green room wasn’t that comfortable , not like the previous stay was in the maroon room

Third year starting overnight, we come back because we know we are in good hands, we will have air conditioning and that the staff will always be fantastic- this year was no exception.
Staff are kind and thoughtful, I emailed a lot of questions before hand and we arrived much later than expected due to torrential rain and thunderstorms but nothing was a problem.
Room was perfect for our needs, fridge is always helpful. Plenty of tea in the room and welcome bottles of water.
Disabled parking, wide open space bathroom and room to manoeuvre around each other.
Air conditioning is an easy to operate and efficient.
Check in and out was simple and easy.
Room only stay for us.

My room was great. I requested a move from the road side of the hotel and this was dealt with very well
and I am grateful
Location - had not expected the busy noisy roads.
Breakfast was just about ok but the room was like a canteen not a smart hotel dining room. The staff seemed very inexperienced, not very communicative and needed to smile!

Modern clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Good beds. Fluffy towels.Helpful staff. Good parking.
It is relatively new and lacks character.
No dressing gowns or slippers in bedrooms.
It advertises a restaurant but that is misleading as it does not offer evening meals. Breakfasts are good but limited by today's offering in other hotels
Their spa is shut.
It is at least a ten minute walk into the town centre. This is a problem in bad weather considering the restaurant is not open in the evening.
