Breakfast was good quality and delicious. We arrived late and the lady at reception was very helpful in explaining how to let ourselves in. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again as it’s so close to the naval base.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, comfortable room and the food for both evening meal and breakfast was absolutely amazing.

Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Good service at lunchtime function we attended.
Room 14 is over function room. Stayed on Saturday night when an Elvis impersonator followed by extremely loud disco had been booked. The noise level in the room was unreal - have never experienced anything close in a hotel. After complaining around 10.00p.m. and being told it would finish at 11.30p.m. it did stop at 10.50p.m. Booked 11 months prior so why people attending the evening function weren't allocated the room is a beyond me. Unfortunately reading other reviews this isn't a one off.

Clean and comfortable
Woman who checked us in was rude, insisting we hadn’t paid for breakfast, she blatantly didn’t want to apologise when she realised she was in the wrong, swearing under her breath as she walked past another table who had another member of our party who over heard !
