Everything went well. The village was sweet and we walked around it. There was a Chinese opposite for a quick meal as we wee on a long journey so this was an overnight stop. Breakfast lovely.
The ironing board was broken - but I mentioned that to the reception.

We have been quite a few times on our way to Devon. Ideal.
The welcome by staff was very cold. She really couldn’t be bothered. They were all rather like this apart from a young waitress called Karen who was so attentive especially to our granddaughter who is very shy. She made her come out of her shell and we were delighted to be served by her.
