The entire house was beautiful and the view and location was amazing. The patio with the hot tub was phenomenal perfect amount of space for two people.

We loved this cabin for our one night stay in Sevierville. Played pool late and enjoyed the hot tub. It’s a great honey moon suite for a couple, so it was great for just me and my husband. Loved it, thank you!

We had the most amazing, relaxing weekend here! We loved the privacy, but weren’t too far away from everything in town! The hot tub was amazing and they even had board games to play! Thanks for a great weekend!

Rodent feces in silverware drawer and counters, in sink, under sink, etc.
Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes still, and I found out on our final day that that was probably because the dishwasher was broken. The old detergent tablet was still in the holder only barely dissolved.
Broken toilet seat was called in for immediate repair when it wasn't repaired, I called again and was told it was documented as "fix before next guest." We did get someone to come out, and they did not have the correct size seat. The old one broke completely when they were looking at it. They got the smaller one to attach and asked if we wanted them to come again with the correct size or if this was doable. We said that we did NOT want them to come again, and they came anyway.
We reported that the fridge was leaking, but we didn't need it repaired. Maintenance had my boyfriend go into the crawlspace to help him turn off the water to the fridge.
Hot tub maxed out at 94°F the first night, but the following night it was only 89. Looked up remedies and added more water, but it still only got to 92, which is still just a bit too chilly.
Kitchen chairs were wobbly on the verge of falling apart. They were reported my a previous guest in December, but it appears nothing was done.
This is pretty small, but I was excited: There's no Foosball table like pictured. According to another review it was broken a while ago, but it hasn been replaced.
My mother managed to speak with local management and was offered a 10% refund which she refused. I received the 10% refund without my knowledge or acceptance. Even if my mother was misunderstood, she was not on this trip nor did she pay for it, so why she would be given the opportunity to make that decision is ridiculous.
Local management would not get back to me. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times during and after my stay, and I got no response.
The Vacasa staff I spoke to were pleasant and as helpful as they could be to my knowledge, but I still don't think I will book again with a company that allows local management to disregard their guests as I have been.

The porch is rotting, the bathroom floor is rotting, bed was to short for my husband to sleep in and his only 5'10, the bed is very hard, the grill is broke off the pole and the pole is dangerous to children. Couch is to small to sit comfortably and for the price we had to pay for it was a total wast of money. We vacation in Gatlinburg 4 times a year and wouldn't recommend place to anyone.

When we arrived there was a large puddle coming from the refrigerator going into the kitchen and into the living room. The floor was beginning to rot because this has been an ongoing situation evidently. We had to soak up all the water and leave towels down because it continued to leak. We used the refrigerator the best we could but when maintenance came out the next day to address the issue they defrosted it while we were not there all day and left it wide-open and unplugged it which spoiled milk that was in the fridge, we were able to salvage the rest. There were also several nails sticking out in the wall for the stairwell going upstairs. This is where pictures obviously have been removed and they left the nails sticking out and it was quite dangerous for our children and we had to be cautious that we didn’t walk too close to the wall.

The view was ok, the cabin was a little crowded but ok for 2 people. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and after getting settled in we realized the the gas fireplace was not working and the hot tub was not getting hot. Contacted who I thought I was supposed to contact and they said technician would be out on Tuesday. Never heard from no one, and on Wednesday morning I told them not to worry about it just give me a partial refund. After I talked to her about that, I got on the web and actually fixed the hot tub and gas logs myself, which the gas logs only stayed on for about 20 minutes then turned off. Once I had everything working we heard a knock on the door and it was the technician, imagine that. Other than me having to work on things on my vacation it was an ok place, really needs some work done to it though.

The cabin itself was clean. We did notice that the refrigerator leaked on the kitchen floor. Upon arrival the grill was broke off on the ground . That was a bit disappointing for fixing supper on our stay

We absolutely loved everything except for the parking. We think if the gravel area for parking was paved it would make it much easier to get in and out without getting getting stuck in the driveway where as the road and parking area are slanted because you are on a hill. We had to back out and down the hill turning around in the small gravel dirt area to finish going down to get back to gaitlinburg and pigeon forge. Other than the parking We had a very awesome, wonderful and somewhat peaceful time and enjoyed our stay. One other thing that made us nervous as we were sitting on the back deck one of those days was the sound of gunfire by nearby neighbors which sounded very close to the cabin. Bullets travel which made us nervous and there is a sign that clearly states no release of gunfire amongst other state park rules when entering to get to all the cabins. Beautiful home, lots of nature, scenery and for the most it was peaceful.

The place was very clean, a few very minor things were not in the best of shape. We had a broken leg in the kitchen chair, curtains on the deck door were broken, and the internet seemed to go out every night at midnight. Again very nice and comfortable place just needed minor tlc. Had an issue with the key pad getting into the house , but there was a very quick response to help.

My husband and I came from our honeymoon! The place was very clean, lots to do in the home and the view was absolutely beautiful!!! We didn’t know how to start the shower however but that gave us a good laugh! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back!!

If you don’t mind going through the steep, winding roads, make sure you bring a car made for that. This cabin was perfect for a nice romantic getaway. Very quiet. Didn’t see any bears but I’m sure they are nearby.

Even though getting to it was an adventure, the peacefulness of the area was worth it. It was not far from everything that we wanted to do. The cabin was clean and the booking was very easy.

This was our 25th Anniversary trip & we loved every minute of our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer than the one week. Oh well, life goes on and we had to return to reality.

One of the most quietest and cozy cabins we've stayed in. We loved watching the squirrels build nest in the trees. Thanks for a great vacation/birthday for my fiance and I.

The cabin is very nice and perfect for a family of 4-6, great layout and we enjoyed the hot tub. Only and biggest complaint is that there is not a grill on site and when notifying the property manager they stated it was by the front left side of the cabin where an old rusted park style grill was laying on it back broken off the rod holder. If you are planning on grilling or enjoying a camp fire this is not the best property for it. I would of been happy with a basic $20 webber grill but they never provided anything.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Tucked away up top of the mountain it was perfect, quiet, and private. We even saw a bear when we were leaving on our last day! Everything was very clean and fresh, the kitchen had everything we needed! The bed was firm and very comfortable, both the lower and upper living spaces had very nice couches. The hot tub was amazing!!! The jets and lights both worked wonderfully. The back porch was the highlight of the cabin this huge spacious back deck had an amazing swing, great rocking chairs and a super cute breakfast table! We absolutely adored staying here and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The main road is narrow “Take it Slow”, and Walnut Ct is steep, so you’ll want to get to the top of the mountain, turn around, then back on in the driveway. Warm and Cozy Uncertain if there is recycling, But we did it anyways. Be Cautious with a few kitchen chairs. The cleaning crew is excellent before our entry. We left it almost as we walked into it again. Very convenient to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. We Thank You for your perfect timing & services

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The only thing I could find wrong is the parking on the side and trying to walk on the gravel. Very hard with a cane and the incline on the gravel.

On the last day we noticed a mouse that ran behind the kitchen cabinet. I understand we are in the mountains and these type of critters are everywhere... Hopefully the cleaning people can set some traps.. We have a lovely stay though. The Cabin was beautiful, the jacuzzi was wonderful and the tranquil feeling away from the city life is priceless. We saw a mamaw bear and two cubs on the first day, that was incredible and we loved it. . She was passing by our back yard so please do not leave any food outside.

To get to the cabin the road is very steep, my 4x4 car definitely help. I don't think a sedan car could make it. Make sure you bring your own kitchen condiments ( salt, coffee, coffer filter etc) because there is none at the cabin. There were little tiny dark worms in the bathroom floor, tub and in the master bedroom hot tub. We tried to get rid of them but we keep seeing more. On the last day we noticed a mouse that ran behind the kitchen cabinet. I understand we are in the mountains and these type of critters are everywhere... Hopefully the cleaning people can set some traps.. We have a lovely stay though. The Cabin was beautiful, the jacuzzi was wonderful and the tranquil feeling away from the city life is priceless. We saw a mamaw bear and two cubs on the first day, that was incredible and we loved it. . She was passing by our back yard so please do not leave any food outside.
