Cabin was awesome, clean, and perfect for our family vacation in the Smokies!
It was nice to be able to get away from all the people, quiet area with woods, and huge deck to enjoy it all.
Loved the pool table and hot tub. Cabin was super clean, nicely decorated, and had comfy furniture. Beds were comfy as well.
Cabin was secluded but still within 5 minutes of downtown Gatlinburg and Park entrance. We saw bears roaming around the cabin nearly day.
Only negative was that the WiFi wasn’t working, but we somehow survived. Spent most of our time out and about so wouldn’t have used it much anyway.

The location was beautiful, everything was completely clean, the amenities were great, and communion with manager was great. Would definitely recommend.

Cabin was easy to get to and had a nice clean smell when we walked in. Looked just like the photos! The area itself is quiet. My favorite part was sitting on the deck listening to nothing but the nearby stream and maybe a couple birds chirping. Very relaxing!
We only used the bed on the main floor and it was comfortable. Slept great all 4 nights!
If guests arrive after dark there are working exterior motion lights where you park and then near the front door. Very helpful!
Seen several wild turkeys on the property during our stay and one morning had mama bear and her 2 cubs out back behind the cabin. We quietly watched them from the deck and took pictures!
Justin is an excellent host! Checked in with us the morning after our arrival to make sure we settled in okay and if we needed anything. He responds quickly and wants to make sure his guests are happy!

We stayed at the property for a family vacation. Upon entering the house, we found the 2nd bedroom locked which we needed as we had 4 guests (as shown in our booking). Emailed the owner asking for a key. Was told there wasn’t anyone who could come help us and to try to access the room using a card. I ended up having to take the doorknob off completely with a screwdriver we happened to have in our vehicle (there were no tools in the house). Then the downstairs bathtub wouldn’t drain. Wi-Fi connection issues because of multiple passwords given. Toaster was broken. The clubhouse which was advertised to be used by guests was closed for the season (makes sense for the pool but the playground??? no mention of that possibility anywhere so we wasted time trying to go). So many things that I ended up having to contact the owner about throughout our stay was very annoying. The owner was not particularly helpful as most of his responses were to do things like try other outlets (we already did), or try to fix the issue on our own (like the doorknob). Not what I want to be doing on my family vacation. The layout of the house is very nice, having a pool table was fun, the location- while the road to get to is a little steep and windy- provided a nice seclusion from all of the hustle and bustle down in Gatlinburg. We had easy access to the national park, and more touristy areas if we wanted them. The owner made a very small adjustment on my account after I pointed out all the issues.

This cabin was the perfect location in the mountains while still being close to downtown Gatlinburg. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the hot tub and spent our days exploring the mountains and all that Gatlinburg had to offer. The host was friendly and communicative before and throughout our stay, answering all questions quickly. Cleanliness is very important to me, and the cabin was extremely clean! We will definitely be back to stay again!

We loved the location of the cabin and the amenities it had. However, our bed on the main floor had lots of hair in it. (Pictures can be provided) it felt like the sheets had not been washed from the previous guest. We were also disappointed that there was only one trash bag in the kitchen for our trash since we ran out of room. If those things would have been different our stay would have been perfect.

A few problems I found was first the hills going in and out are pretty steep, be careful going in and out, a few problems within the cabin, the silverware needs a better clean some had food still on them, the grill in the back was filthy ' had grease dropping out of the bottom, and the top was not fastened to the grill so when you lift up you gotta hold the top or it will drop backwards, the door to the downstairs bedroom had a crooked screw in the frame so you couldn't fully close the door, and the water pressure was very poor, took like 45 minutes to fill up the jacuzzi tub, other then that the house was nice and clean, nice furniture and acceptable amenities, nice for a weekend away, but personally wouldn't stay again because of the amount of cabin options available' but would be great for a family on a budget

Our family of 4 stayed a week here the beginning of October. Our kids are 3 & just turned 1. We chose the house because of the reviews about seeing wildlife & it did not disappoint. During our week we saw a bear cross the road from the kitchen window & another wandering under the raised back porch.
The location is so close to Gatlinburg but not too close. Our daughter has tons of food allergies & we cooked most meals there & used the outdoor grill several times. The only things we needed to bring were foil, food storage bags, dishwasher pods & paper towels. Everything else was provided to cook with.
For safety & sanity, we rented two baby gates & used them in the living room to keep our little one safe & away from the stairs. This worked really well.
We enjoyed playing some pool in the game room & relaxing on the back porch & in the hot tub once the kids fell asleep.

This was our 3rd visit to Gatlinburg and our first staying in a cabin in the mountains. We will be back. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing after walking all day. Being older, we were a little leery of all the steps, but everything, except the hot tub was on the top level. The roads are definitely interesting and must be taken slowly. We saw a total of 8 bears. One we watched for about 30 minutes wander around the back of the property. It was about 7 am and we took our coffee to the deck and enjoyed. We had an awesome trip.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful chalet in the Smokies!! The place was not only clean but adequately equipped with all cooking necessities. The back porch view on multiple floor levels was exactly what we imagined a stay in the mountains should be like. An unexpected bonus was the sound of a natural stream we could hear below. Most calming experience to enjoy and see!!! Property owner was not only accommodating but easily reachable for any questions we had!! We HIGHLY recommend this special place to anyone looking for an incredible Smoky Mountain experience in the best place on Earth called GATLINBURG, TN!!

We just returned from a week in Gatlinburg and we had a wonderful stay. The cabin was in very good shape and the location was perfect. It’s close enough so that it’s convenient and far enough away that you feel secluded. There are a couple of hills that will make you pucker up a little the first time you go up if you aren’t prepared for it but it’s not a big deal once you know what to expect.
Justin was an awesome host. He checked in periodically and was honest and prompt. I definitely feel like he cared about our satisfaction while we were there.
We seen a bear immediately upon arrival. Literally. We went in just to check the amenities and my 9 year old opened the front door and yelled there was a bear. We didn’t believe him but, sure enough, there was a small black bear right by our van. We saw a bear on 2 different occasions. It was a cool experience.
The only improvement I suggested was to give more towels and rags upon check-in. There was only 1 towel per person and 2 dish towels which was a little burdensome but it wasn’t a big deal and Justin offered to take care of it but we refused. But it would be an improvement for a larger group. I would also be prepared to take all of your own spices (we forgot salt and pepper and had to buy some ).
All in all, this was a great stay and we loved it and would go back without hesitation. Thank you for

We really enjoyed our stay. The roads can be nerve-racking to navigate if you’re not used to them, but once you make it to the cabin it feels secluded in the woods even though it’s a short drive to the parkway. The house was very clean and comfortable. We tried two of the three pools that we had access to and our kids never wanted to leave! You do have to drive 5-10 minutes to get to the pools but it is worth the drive. The hot tub was very nice after a long day of walking.

The pictures are a little deceiving, the pool and play land are 0.7 miles away which I did not see that in the description. Overall nice wooden area. Bears in the yard and walking the road, so don't keep food in the car. Very windy curvy road up the mountain to get there.
