The hotel ran out of breakfast (eggs,milk, OJ) each of the three days of our stay and the servers did not seem to care. They stood around the kitchen and talked.
The hotel charged $15 a day to park and yet two buses occupied 15+ spaces leaving us on one night without a space to park. The buses should have been directed to park in another remote location after dropping off their passengers or the hotel should have refunded our parking fee.

The AC wasn't working in the room, and once reported it was fixed in a timely fashion. The maintenance person was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The property itself was clean and a nice hotel. Most of the staff was pleasant. The breakfast in the mornings was good.
I didn’t like the fact that the staff member we checked in with seemed offended I had paid with affirm and then said they hadn’t received payment after I had already called to confirm payment. After that we didn’t get a welcome packet and certainly wasn’t told you also get charged for parking and etc. It shouldn’t matter how a customer pays for a room just do your job and be professional. The only other complaint was the bed/pillows were uncomfortable.
