Central for walking around Gatlinburg , nice clean hotel , good Breakfast to purchase , Friendly staff.
Bar on site and Starbucks coffee .
Nothing really to not like , they are building a hotel next door , but didn’t disturb our stay .

The room was clean. The cafe is big a benefit for early morning travelers.
We arrived at 11am, well before check in time. We were greeted by a lovely women who was very helpful. We were given a parking pass and told the room would be ready after 1pm. We returned at 3:40pm after walking around town. There was a different woman at the desk and I would describe her as nasty. We seemed to be bothering her when we tried to get our room. She sneered at us that the room would not be ready until "check in" time, which was 20 minutes later. So we sat down in the lobby and waited for 20 minutes. Her attitude only got worse when I came back up to the counter to get our room. It's really a shame that her piss poor service tarnished how good everything and everyone else was during our stay.
