Located in Anchorage, this attractive condo for $227 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fresh and New Remodel! Monty Moose hangs over the fireplace to welcome you to this quiet townhouse which is located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress as well as a comfortable futon and blackout Curtains to catch some zzz's in the midnight sun included is a 50" TV. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed in a hand made log bed frame, also with blackout curtains. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a open court backyard with patio and BBQ grill for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen. The fridge has filtered water and ice. There is another 50" TV downstairs Netflix, Hulu, etc. for your enjoyment. There is an electric reclining couch and overstuffed chair to relax in. The garage is available in the winter and may be available in the summer, please inquire before booking.

We were just in town for some shopping and appointments, but this property was the perfect size for us. It had all of the amenities that helped us feel at home, and the neighborhood was convenient to most of our shopping. We didn't have any idea we'd be arriving right after Snowmageddon 2023, but we had an all wheel drive vehicle to help us navigate before some of the nearby roads were plowed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place stay for a week. 2 story with bedrooms upstairs with washer and dryer...Downstairs nice kitchen for casual cooking and comfy couch and chair. Perfect for 3 people..Average area quiet with everything close. Way better then a hotel if you want more freedom and room. Also park right by the front door when unloading or loading.

Thank you for being the home-base for our two days of adventure in Anchorage. The home was just right for us. Clean and just what was promised. Although we didn’t use it we appreciated the “extras” like a printer and an instant pot that could have been very handy if we had needed them. The beds were very comfortable!

We needed a home base during a relative’s hospital stay in Anchorage. This townhouse was perfect. It was clean, attractive, comfortable, and had everything we needed. In fact, it worked out so well that we ended up extending our stay. The neighborhood was clean, convenient, and safe, though not scenic.

We stayed at this location because we only had a few days to explore this part of Alaska. It was a perfect home base for us. The rental has everything that you need to make you feel at home. We didn't use the stove but used the fridge and microwave, worked as expected. Everything was super clean.

The property is exactly as described. Very clean, with plenty of towels, detergents and household needs. The location is close to Seward hwy, 6-7 minutes from downtown Anchorage. We will return again to this property in the future.

This property is fairly centrally located in Anchorage and is easy to get to from the highway. The description is very accurate and the house was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the access to the garage as we were packing many boxes to send to our home.

Property is just as described, clean, neat, well set up. We were pleased with everything in the house, and would certainly stay here again. Check in was simply a matter of showing up, and using the door code to enter the house. Well furnished, kitchen supplies seemed to be good, although we didn’t do any cooking. 2nd time with this property. Place is awesome. The manager communicates quickly and effectively. For the same price as a hotel we got a townhouse , in a quiet, nice neighborhood.
