Situated in Anchorage, this lovely house for $215 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This quiet townhouse is located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen super comfy mattress as well as a comfortable futon. There is also a 55" TV. The second bedroom offers another super comfortable queen size bed. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a small backyard with patio for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen. The garage may be available in the summer for an extra fee, please inquire before booking. Normally available in the winter no charge. This is a newly renovated property fresh to the VRBO website. Noticed or couldnt figure out how to recline the chair in living area, and during these very cold days we could see light under the front door. Sitting on the couch u could really feel it! Not complaining, my daughter says these are helpful for owners, shrug so i threw it in!

My girlfriend was scheduled for minor hand surgery so needed a place with a kitchen and two bedrooms. This unit was perfect. Great location, easy access and a quiet neighborhood. we felt very comfortable and safe. We stayed 3 nights.

We enjoyed our stay here very much; this is a very comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood, close to the airport and just 10 minutes from downtown. It has a very homey atmosphere, and we settled right in. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped with everything you need. We would certainly recommend staying here, and would definitely book it again should we be in Anchorage.

The host Scott was on top of things. We had an issue with the shower and he was all over it. Nice guy. No where close to a bus stop, so plan ahead if you do not have transportation. We enjoyed our stay, Thank you Scott

We were in town for the US Biathlon Trials and needed a room that was close to Kincaid park and groceries and would be warm and quiet. This fit our needs perfectly and my daughter qualified for the US team in March.

Scott's house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable! The use of a washer and dryer was a big plus. We did have a hiccup when we arrived. We traveled from Virginia, so by the time we got to the house, which was at about 8:45pm, we had been up for over 30 hours and were so looking forward to resting. The code Scott had given us did not work. We tried several times to no avail. We called and texted Scott with no response. After waiting 30 minutes for him to respond, we ended up having to call VRBO for help. VRBO responded immediately and were very helpful. They were able to get in touch with Scott. Scott was very apologetic and realized the code had not been set properly. He quickly reset the code and we were able to get in. The whole process took a good 45 minutes from the time we pulled up. Scott refunded us a portion for the inconvenience it caused. We feel Scott did what he could to correct a pretty bad mistake. We would definitely choose his house again.

We had a great time at Scott’s property. Everything was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes away from the downtown. Our kids loved the backyard with the little house!
