Very good

The room and the view where great.

If your staying being your own pots and pans and also bring your own sponge to clean dishes with. There was 2 pans and 2 pots and everything stuck to them so badly.

a Mix of Good and Bad

the property is nice. it has many pools so you’re never crowded and it’s right on the Gulf of Mexico, the best beaches in Florida.

I had to leave early, no refund for the day I couldn’t stay for. Hand sanitizer stations broke. the bed was hard as a rock. It costs a dollar to leave and then reenter the beachfront each time. I won’t go back, it’s too expensive.

Nice place, too expensive, little to no employees around to ask for anything

Nice pools, views, and rooms are incredible. Washer and dryer worked really well and it was quiet

It’s not as clean as expected. Dirty dishes, and trash already in the room trash can. Our room door never locked we could just push it open whenever. We were told we had two parking spots but only given one number spot so our friends staying with us had to park outside of the parking garage. Anytime something needed fixed or we needed more of covering the staff would say they’d be by to handle it but not one worker came at all. Not got more soap or to fix our lock.

The views on the gulf side were amazing. The size of the condo was great as well. The extra bathrooms were also a great feature.

Didn't like that the crosswalk to the private beach didn't have one built over the road. At that price, that should or been a given. Didn't like that in the parking deck where the designated parking spaces were... There were no ramps to move your personal belongings with better ease from the deck to the resort, there were to many stairs... Bad design, looks like that was overlooked. The mosquitoes by the outdoor pools off of the lifestyles bootlegging were like small birds and were very vicious. Should have tiki torches with citronella in them throughout the area to help cut them back. Finally, the master bedroom mattress so like sleeping on concrete. I had to use lots and lots of pillows to even put a dent in it.
