Room service and food was excellent
The pool area needed more attention as far as cleanliness. Trash cans weren’t emptied when needing, foreign materials in the pool (hair, cups, shells) and water. Understandable, but needs a little more care.

Pool area was large and clean. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Beautiful view. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The restaurant was quite pricy for dinner. Breakfast was more reasonable.

I love the outdoor pool with DJ and was near restaurants and shopping.
Water in shower and tub did not get hot only Luke warm 😏

Very clean!
There were several times I tried to call the front desk and did not get an answer.
I was told I could get a cart to carry my stuff down and when I went to get it they wouldn’t let me have one without a person attached which was annoying. The bellman was extremely rude. I’m still shocked by the rudeness!
