Great day at the beach!

Love the beachfront views and the balcony. Hotel is new so it is very clean. Staff is always very friendly and able to help with any issues. Left my glasses on the floor of the room and housekeeping found them and held them for me.

Have staff monitor the pools. The one pool is suppose to be adults only per their website and their are always a bunch of kids in there and in the adult only hot tub. I rarely use the restaurant, Fish Heads, when I am there because they are super slow

Relaxing stay

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and has very good staff. I only stayed one night but it was a really nice time. The pools were nice and our view from our room was amazing! Definitely recommend getting an oceanfront view! It was close to the shops and restaurants that you can just walk to. Staying here was a good experience and I'll definitely keep this hotel in mind for the next time I visit Pensacola Beach!

It was spring break when I visited so it was a bit crowded but that's to be expected.

Massenturismus in Pensacola, wer es mag… Hotel war definitiv zu teuer für die Leistung.

Dreckiger Whirlpool, Wasser hat richtig übel gerochen. Großer Pool wird angeblich beheizt und soll laut Aussage 30 grad haben, war aber eiskalt. Frühstück war wie in einem Motel..

Stay was great!

Very nice clean hotel. Staff was exceptionally nice. Right on the beach. Loved that the balcony actually had furniture. Nice pool.

The bar was not open on time after trying to get drinks twice. The room didn’t get cool enough. I had set on 65 but felt like a muggy 65. Since I was too warm I didn’t sleep well. $10 a day parking fee.

Great place to stay will come back when it is warmer!

The breakfast was excellent and the selection was great and the coffee was hot! The room was very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent!

Beautiful and relaxing!

This is a beautiful beach--calm, clear water, clean sand, and very quiet during the off season. Decent restaurants and the usual beach shopping available within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel. We also enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and lazy river. I'd definitely return to this hotel.

Just for your information, you need transportation if you want to explore the area, including Pensacola. We used a ride share to get places, which can get a bit pricey. Parking at the hotel isn't free, and the distance from the airport is 30-40 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. If you want a nice view of the beach, ask for a room on the right side of the hotel as it faces the gulf so you don't have much of your view obscured by the restaurant's roof.

Very comfortable and amazing views

In the top 3 of the cleanest hotels we've ever been to. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Hallways weren't stuffy and dank. Especially surprising was the enclosed parking and entry below lobby. Very clean and well lit, entry and elevators not wet smelling like stale beach towels with sand strewn everywhere. Smelled clean and fresh. Amazing views from lobby windows. It was also great that you could take the elevator from your vehicle straight to your floor without having to schlep all your stuff through the lobby in front of all and sundry. Excellent staff that we encountered. Breakfast was good and hot, and a little different from what you'd have at a Hampton.

Was bummed that I didn't catch that parking wasn't free, and that there wasn't any wifi, so a chunk was taken out of my data. Could have done without the fumes from The Fish Head bar/restaurant on the ground level, but that just goes with the territory.

Nice and clean.

Nice property on the beach. Very clean.

Did not state you had to pay for parking. We would have probably picked a different spot if it would have been stated with the cost in the property description like the other hotels around it.

In the last year, we have stayed at Virginia Beach, Mexico, Beach and Gulf Shores. This is by far is our favorite.

Liked everything about the place inside and out. The beach was great. Good breakfast wonderful bar and restaurant. The lobby was nice overlooking the beach love the balcony on the room.

My only complaint is the bed. My wife, nor I could get comfortable and rest good. Neither one of us usually ever have any trouble sleeping anywhere.

Enjoyable and very relaxing

The rooms were very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable the blackout curtains were nice the bathroom and shower were nice just wish there were more places to hang your towels

I didn’t like that the pool or lazy river was not heated since the temperatures were cooler than normal for this time of year. I think there should be more selections for breakfast items, such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage biscuits and gravy

Perfect!!!

Staff was friendly, professional, informative, & helpful. Must single out Payton & Brandon at the reception desk (very friendly & helpful). The staff from the front desk to the house keepers to the breakfast workers were terrific. Couldn’t have been more pleased with a hotel. As a business traveler as well as a pleasure traveler staying only at Marriott & Hilton properties hundreds of times; I consider myself a pretty good judge of hotels and this one gets perfect marks! We will be back.

If you hate peace and hot showers but love breakfast, this is the place for you.

The lazy River was awesome. Breakfast each morning was amazing.

#1. Took 2 days to figure out how to get hot water in room 727. My husband ended up taking 4 cold showers during our stay. #2. After figuring out it was not plumbed backwards, it took 20 minutes for the water to heat. We just had to let the shower run while we did something else. What a waste of water. So much for trying to be green. #3. Pensacola Beach was full of jellyfish. Not the hotel’s fault, but you might want to consider a better beach location. #4. Loud throughout the night. Don’t expect to sit on your balcony and listen to the ocean. Music from our hotel and the holiday inn next door playing, people in the lazy River being loud, and. people hanging out by the river were all things that kept the peace away throughout the evening hours. #5. Bracelets were not unforced at the lazy river. People used the holiday inn access to get to the Fairfield. Groups of people would hangout in the current part of the river making it difficult to get by. They would drink and just push the floaters out of their way. This usually happened after 4pm. Since bracelets were not enforced there is no telling if these were Fairfield guests or not. Not sure if they had outside alcohol as there was no way to tell the difference that I could see. Some people had clear cups, others cans, and even more had personal water bottles. Not sure what was inside. #6 Hair found in bed beside the pillow. I hoped it was from the maid. Also a glob of hair in the shower on the metal rack. Black spots at the bottom of the shower could have been removed with a magic eraser. On a positive note, the 8th floor cleaning bottle was left in the room so I was able to use it.

Clean rooms, breakfast variety, coffee/tea station 24 hrs, good AC system, 3 elevators thus not long to wait

cleaning service day was much left to be desired, only replenished the towels and coffee cups, and emptied trash. Also most did not speak English so difficult to communicate with. At check in I was not offered choice of floor, even though I pre-paid, and the next customer was indeed offered a choice of floors. Of course I would have preferred a choice! Additionally, the music at pool area is not pleasant when one is trying to her the beautiful sounds of the Gulf waves from balcony--instead it was competing with the music, as well as the loud waterfall of pool area. Keep breakfast available until 10am.

Great view, great room, bathroom clean, modern and spacious. Hotel staff is over the moon to assist you. You don't hear your neighbors through the walls. Air conditioner would freeze you if you need it to. Breakfast was awesome. Pool is all you can imagine. Beach access is superb 👌
