We loved everything about this accommodation! Rachel's hospitality is outstanding - very open, genuinely interested in her guests and so generous. Do not miss trying their own wine! As the tasteful villas stand on their own, it is very quiet and peaceful. And I also don't want to forget to mention the excellent breakfast, which you will find every morning in a basket in front of your door. Casas do Morgadio is a place for people who appreciate that everything comes from the heart. We would go back anytime!

It was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The accomodation was very nice, modern and clean and had everything we needed (eg Nespresso caps, pool towels). The bed was also great. The villa and the surrounding garden are all very nice. We especially enjoyed spending time at the shared pool (to our surprise, it was very often just by ourselves). We also liked the breakfasts - they are really big and very good.
What I enjoyed the most was that because it is a standalone villa, it was very quiet (no noise from other guests).
It was also very easy to go for hikes nearby like the Furnas hike (15 min by car). And to get to Angra it was 25 min by car.
If I had to be extremely picky:
1) The view from the villa private terrace was not as great as I had expected - the two other villas and lots of green. But my girlfriend liked it very much.
2) The door to the bathroom is a stylish sliding door so it does not close tightly.

Le panier petit déjeuner avec des produits frais tous les matins, en terrasse avec le chant des oiseaux que du bonheur !
Emplacement idéalement situé pour visiter l'ile, dans un très charmant village en bord de mer, avec ses piscines naturelles accessibles à pied

A peaceful retreat within the stunning nature of Terceira. The view out of the bedroom in the morning is stunning. Location is great to go hiking and close to the Piscinas Naturais Biscoitos which are a must visit. The host is lovely and has created a little piece of paradise.
