Located in Wrightsville Beach, this charming house for $1,185 per night is a great option for your next vacation. All new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, top level, oceanfront duplex with incredible ocean views! Conveniently located on the quiet south end of Wrightsville Beach, watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the waterway from this new construction, top level duplex with all new furnishings, appliances, and decor. Seaside A includes a private elevator and is only steps to the beach, making this the perfect spot to enjoy the beach life with friends and family. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** Seaside A offers a bright and open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all with amazing ocean views. A fully stocked and updated kitchen will please any chef in the group and provides a great place for family and friends to gather while preparing the day's fresh catch. Enjoy ocean breezes and listen to the waves crash from the large, covered, oceanfront deck after a long day on the beach. The master suite offers a King bed, its own private bathroom, and a private sound side porch with waterway views. Take in the sunsets and watch the boats pass by after a fun filled day in the sun! The second bedroom offers a queen bed, waterway views, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom four which offers a twin bunk bed and another double bed. A pullout couch in the living area provides sleeping space for two more people if needed. On the ground level there is an outdoor shower, propane grill, covered parking for 2 vehicles, and a storage closet for the bikes and beach chairs which are available for your enjoyment. There are two additional uncovered parking spots providing parking for 4 vehicles total (depending on vehicle size). Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! The elevator and outdoor storage were unavailable to us because the code that was used to unlock the entrance door didn't work on either and the alternate code provided by the management company did not work as well. We opted to deal with carrying up our luggage 3 flights rather than call back to mangement to ask Maintenance to assist us - we had no idea how long that would take and we needed to get all parties settled in the condo. We were disappointed that we could not access beach chairs from the outdoor storage as promised in the listing.

Wonderful gathering spaces.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect.
Elevator was a game changer. We cooked in for most meals....so we had several coolers that would have been very difficult to get up the stairs.
Added bonus...weather was beautiful!

This property had views galore, was wonderful in every way, and could not have been better. Will definitely be back to stay here again. Elevator was very useful for bags, groceries and worth calling out for anyone with disabilities.
