I spent four nights at the villa with eight friends, and we had a wonderful time. The villa has air conditioning in every bedroom as well as in the living room, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely shaded terrace, where we had breakfast in the mornings and played games in the afternoons. The pool is incredible, very large and perfect for swimming, with sunbeds and towels provided. The garden is simply amazing, with plenty of shade available throughout the day. There is also a pool room with an indoor shower and toilet, as well as a jacuzzi and sauna. We did not use them, but it was great to have them available.
There is also a tennis court and a ping-pong table, both well equipped and ready to use.
Communication with the reservation office and the owners was excellent. We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole process. Before our arrival, we had several questions about the rooms and facilities and also asked for recommendations. We always received prompt replies, and the recommendations were great. There was also someone who came early in the morning to check on the pool and who kindly helped us with small issues, such as finding the right light switches and using the heating. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant suggested to us in Port de Pollença. The instructions before arrival were clear, and the checkout process was very easy. We would definitely go back. The villa is just a short drive from Port de Pollença, with its beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops, and only about 15 minutes from Alcudia.
A truly wonderful place.
