Nestled in Breckenridge, this lovely house for $350 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: BEES KNEES ESCAPE - 2 Bedroom plus bonus room! Luxury living at its finest! This contemporary mountain modern residence offers an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and breathtaking views of the Breckenridge ski area. The stunning living area features open concept living with a gas stone surround fireplace, state of the art finishes, luxury appliances and furnishings. After a long day of adventures, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while taking in the views or relax in the private hot tub. The Space: SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: king bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2) - This bedroom featured a top of the line, Stearns & Foster Reserve Hepburn Luxury Mattress - You will LOVE it! Bedroom 2: queen bed (sleeps 2). Bonus Room: queen over queen bunk (sleeps 4) - This room is private but does not have a door which fully closes it off (please see photos). All bedrooms are on the lower level and living room and kitchen are on the upper level. Living Room: full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). Maximum overnight capacity - 8 There are four TVs. One on the main floor and one in each bedroom. All bedroom TV's are smart TVs. Guest Access: You will receive a door code before your arrival. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Breckenridge, enjoying the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain is a breeze. With the gondola just a five minute walk from the front door, you will be hitting the slopes effortlessly. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also a block away. Additionally, City Market (the main grocery store in town) is a five minute walk from the front door. A rental car is not necessary in this location. Getting Around: You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need. Parking for four cars (two Inside of the garage and two outside of the garage). Other Things to Note: Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. This little cabin was perfect for the 5 of us who went on a family trip. You would think with it being so close to the road that it would be noisy. Rarely did you hear passing traffic. The floors had radiant heat which was a nice bonus. Well supplied house to include body wash, shampoo, basic cleaning supplies for laundry and dishes.

The proximity to the gondola, grocery, and downtown is perfect! The property has a well-stocked kitchen, fabulous fireplace, and a wonderful hot tub. Washer/dryer was a game changer and we were thankful for it. Owner was quick to respond and open to communication as needed. Highly recommend!

The Bees Knees Escape was a perfect house for our week long stay in Breckinridge. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping, and gondola rides. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and the communication from the owners were perfect. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience staying at this Breckenridge property. It was very clean, well-stocked, and cozy! Beautiful views of the mountains and just a block before historic Main Street (with so many shops and restaurants) begins. Grocery store right across the road and the (free) gondola just a 5 minute walk away. Location couldn't be better! The owners made sure we knew how to contact them, though we never needed to. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus (and also very clean!), especially in the cooler temps. Would highly recommend staying at this property! :)

We rented this location primarily for location. Traveling with an infant, it’s great to just take the stroller and walk downtown for dinner, drinks or happy hour!

House is fantastic—amazing views, clean, new appliances, spacious, cozy, and stocked with all the “little things” you might forget. Location is also perfect—two minute walk from Main Street shopping/restaurants/bars, one minute drive from grocery store, trails and hikes in every direction. We can’t wait to come back!

First, this location is, in my opinion, in the best location. It is at the end section of Main Street so we walked to EVERYTHING! Because it was at the end, it was super quiet. Also, this townhouse is beautifully decorated with very high end appliances in the kitchen. I could live there!

The location couldn’t have been any better. We were at the foot of the mountains gondola. All the shops, grocery store, and entertainment were right up the street just a short walk and so convenient. The house was absolutely beautiful and we love the heated floors. Everyone agrees that we shall return next year and possibly make this our annual destination.
