Very central to lots of attractions plus the rail.
I would like to have more control over the heating and ventilation.

Room was very clean and quiet. When we entered the room there was a pleasant fragrance which I think was coming through the air con. This was a nice touch. We also liked having both a bath and a shower too, plus a safe and a fridge. The hotel is next to the train stations, with bus stops right outside. Excellent!!
Could have done with a teaspoon in the room for making tea and coffee, otherwise there is nothing to stir your drink with.
Other than that, everything was fine!!

It was very cosy and the rooms were spacious
I had to have the window closed due to the train station. Once it was, it was quiet

The location, breakfast, and overall comfort of the room were very good. My room - double superior - was quiet and spacious for one person.
My room was not cleaned once during a five-night stay! Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed, but nothing more. Dirty mugs and glasses were never replaced. I went down to the restaurant twice to exchange them myself. The sink and shower were not cleaned once, and coffee was not always refilled.
The shower did not work properly, and room service told me to call maintenance myself.
I came to London for work and paid for a hotel, not an Airbnb, where I have to handle basic housekeeping myself.
