The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room was nice. You will receive a voucher of 5GBP when you don't use the housekeeping for cleaning. Great breakfast and you can still order eggs separately. Location is great with the station right next to the hotel. Greenwich is a nice place to stay when you have business in Excell.

Staff are super helpful, comfortable beds, and location is good if you don’t mind train noise from the overground directly behind.
Room was unloved with worn and dirty chair, cracked bathroom tiles, toilet in a separate small airless cubicle, no phone to contact reception, air con with no numbers to tell if you’re turning it up or down, curtains off the rail, drawer front and cupboard door hanging off and no plugs near mirrors or beds. Breakfast was really limited and not worth the money. Walk 5 mins up to one of the lovely Greenwich cafes.
