Nestled in Bethany Beach, this attractive condo for $265 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Oceanblock, and one block from Bethany’s main street, this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is perfect for your next vacation. The apartment is at the rear courtyard of 116 Hollywood Street, a mere 200 yards from the beach, with no need to cross any major roads or highways to get there. A washer dryer is free to use in the building’s separate laundry room, which is shared with the downstairs apartment. The building also features an outdoor shower (also shared with the downstairs apartment). Just renovated for the 2021 season, this unit sleeps up to 5 guests (with pull-out sofa or, as an alternative, a host-provided air mattress in the living room), and features a well-equipped kitchen, living area, and private sun porch—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or an evening cocktail. With two included street-parking passes, you can park your car and simply walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Bethany’s downtown shops and restaurants. Children are welcome! Guests provide their own sheets and linens, and we are happy to recommend linen-rental companies. This apartment can be rented along with the main house and an additional unit at the rear of the property--creating up to a 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath compound, with three kitchens and separate spaces perfect for larger gatherings, multi-generational vacations, and micro-weddings. My husband and I booked Bill & Ash’s place for a “spur of the moment” trip when we saw that the weather forecast was going to be sunny & warm for a few days. We are fortunate that this cute apartment was available! It is a breeze to walk to the beach, to gift shops, and to restaurants on the boardwalk. Bill is a personable, excellent host; and he provided very clear instructions for everything. He arranged for an early check-in time and a late check-out time for us, which we very much appreciated. We were the only ones staying at the property, so we were allowed to park in the driveway, which was nice. The beach chairs and beach umbrellas came in handy for us, as well as the garden hose, which we used to rinse our feet before going into the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

This apt was the perfect spot for our little family. Not only was it clean and exactly as advertised, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and overly accommodating on all fronts! Its a small space, but still worked perfect fine for the 4 of us and you absolutely cannot beat the location. The extremely short walk to the beach was more than manageable for our little ones, and it was awesome being right by the boardwalk. That convenience factor made the location. And, despite being right by the hustle and bustle it was still quiet for our girls’ bedtimes. We will definitely be back!

The property and our hosts were perfect. The accommodations delivered as advertised. Cute, clean and comfortable. Great location to beach and downtown. For us the weather did not cooperate but the place was excellent family together time which is what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay! A very short walk to beach and to all shops and restaurants. Place was clean and had enough space for everything for the three of us. Our young child was able to use their high chair and pack n play, so we didn’t need to pack them. There is a stroller available too, but we didn’t utilize theirs. Pack n play fit tightly in the second bedroom between one of the twin beds and the dresser, but it worked out well! The enclosed sun room was a perk to hang out at night. Their TV has roku, which allows you to log into your own netflix, prime, etc. All of us got comfortable fast here and had a fun time for a week. Part of the time, there were no tenants in the main house, so the owners allowed us to use the driveway. This helped us out a lot with a young child getting in and out of the car on rainy days. Owners were a breeze to communicate with and were accommodating with anything that we had questions about quickly. We made some great memories here and would definitely stay here again!

The location of this place is great. It’s So close to the beach that You can run back to the house without it being a pain. It’s a short block away from stores and restaurants and mini golf. My family had a great week here. Hopefully we didn’t bother the people first floor too much!

Listing is exactly what you are getting - cute and clean apartment and the location in unbeatable. 5 minute walk to the beach even when dragging kids and half if what you own in a wagon. Owner communication was perfect. Would definitely rent again.

My family loves coming here. This is our 2nd year here and we plan on making it an annual trip. The location is great and William & Ashley have been super helpful, especially in communicating with us for checking in a few hours early and getting us access to parking passes earlier on check in day (we like to get to town early on check in day to beat traffic).

Wonderful weekend stay
We had a phenomenal stay at the apartment. It is beautifully put together and was very comfortable for us and our two year old and parents who stayed with us for one night. The location to the beach and downtown is amazing. Check in was easy. We are absolutely planning to come back!

The perfect spot for our annual family vacation to Bethany
We had a fantastic week in Bethany staying at Bill and Ash's well-appointed and freshly renovated upstairs cottage. The space was just right for our family of 4, and so close to the beach, boardwalk, and shops of Bethany! This is our 7th summer visiting Bethany with our now 7yo and 10yo kids. The convenience of this home's location really made it feel like an upgrade from our past rentals. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing family meals, and the living room was comfy for reading and playing games. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys available so you don't need to haul your own. Bill and Ash were super responsive and provided clear instructions regarding check-in/check-out and usage and amenities at the property. Very happy with this rental and will be back next summer!

Great place for a couple or family!
This was our first time visiting Bethany And we were more than pleased.
Bill communicated with us before with helpful details and we were even able to check in a little early. The rental was spotless when we checked in. It was recently updated and looked great.
It is so close to the beach and the bird walk, making it perfect for our two little children. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing and there were beach chairs for us to borrow. The beds were very comfortable and there are AC units throughout. The kitchen was spacious enough for us to cook and enjoy meals. We really enjoyed it and it was a great first experience of Bethany. Highly recommend for a couple or family of 4!

Outstanding Hospitality!
We’ve stayed in lots of places at beaches over the years: B&Bs, condos, houses shared with other relatives. I think this was one of the best. Bill was host with the most — great communication, place stocked with everything, super clean and stylish. The only issue for us was the bathroom—a tad too small for Mom and daughter both with long hair and crazy amount of beauty products. That said, we’d definitely stay again!

Friendly beach town
My husband and I stayed in the upstairs apartment which was perfect for the two of us. The beach is just minutes away and a pleasant walk.The town is also very close with plenty of shopping and dining options. We parked the car and never needed it! Our hosts Bill and Ashley were very responsive and helpful. All in all a great week!
