The living room offers a large sectional couch and accent chair, a 50 inch smart TV, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and elegant lighting over the high top kitchen table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and includes a 2 in 1 normal drip and k-cup coffee maker. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and the garage has beach gear and a gas grill available for use. Kick back and take in the warm salty air on the furnished front porch. As you venture down the main hallway, you will find the guest bedrooms and bath. The first guest room will offer 2 new comfortable twin beds, the second guest room will offer a new comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space. The guest bath has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The large master suite offers a brand new comfortable king bed and 44 inch smart tv, and an en-suite bath with a double vanity, custom shower, water closet, and large walk-in closet. Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year. Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Security cameras: Exterior cameras are on the premises. Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking. Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
