The guest house was easy to find with parking inside or outside. The owner was nice and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and warm, beds were comfortable, private bathroom with hot water shower, free breakfast was delicious, a shared kitchen was fully-equipped with a big eating area We enjoyed the stay!

We stayed here for just one night and had a really lovely experience. The place is simple and modest, but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the host was incredibly kind, warm, and always smiling. There’s also a kitchen available for guests to use, which is a nice bonus. And all of this for such an amazingly low price! Really great value for money.
Nothing negative to mention

Beautiful garden full of flowers, fruits and vegetables and bees. The host was very friendly and the breakfast very good with vegetables from the garden and homemade honey and blackberry jam. The bee theme was present around the guest house which was a nice touch. Comfortable furniture in the garden.
The shared kitchen was spacious and comfortable for cooking and eating.
Tea towels in the kitchen would have been handy.

Amazing location with beautiful garden! The breakfast every morning was delicious and our host Ana was very kind and responsive. The room had everything we needed and there is a shared kitchen if you like. But the restaurants in Vardzia also had great local food on the menu.
