Location was great, easy to find and the rooms were well maintained.
Perhaps the fact there’s no one on site if you need something, however we didn’t encounter any issues.

Blok-74 is in a great location. The room and facilities were great with comfortable beds, hot shower, WiFi and TV streaming services available too. No issues with noise unlike our last property that made us choose to move to Blok-74.
The rooms are clean/ decorated well with their own personal touch. Highly recommend if staying in Brighton as it's an affordable and great value.

The location is excellent as it’s right near the seafront and close walking distance from all the bars and restaurants.
My room was exceptionally clean! Facilities were great, everything I needed (iron under the bed!!) and a fab shower!
Only having to walk all the way up the stairs to the top floor for my room (especially after my night out, wearing wedges!) but understandable of course!
