Excellent location, lovely vegetarian/vegan cafe downstairs with a fantastic menu. The host was exceptional! The room was lovely, all staff very hospitable and friendly.
There are a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues. Check which floor your room is on.

Amazing location, I've stayed here before and it really is unbeatable. My favourite part was sitting at the window with a coffee and people watching. The beds are comfortable, it's clean and the staff downstairs are diamonds.
Nothing they can do but the bathrooms are super claustrophobic.

Great location near the Lanes and walking distance to the seafront.
The rooms are quite tired. Room door was very sticky and difficult to open. Window would not stay open either.
