excellent service, clean room, good breakfast. would 100% come back

front desk lady was super friendly and informative. got us checked in in under 5 mins and had no wait time. super impressed

nothing really, we weren’t there for long so didn’t get to take full advantage of the amenities, but we got to watch the hockey game in our room and that was great

Not worth what they charge.

The hotel is new and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was included and had good variety.

There was limited availability in Chilliwack when we stayed to visit family in September. We ended up paying $400 per night to stay at this hotel because there were not many other options. The highway noise was so bad we had to wear ear plugs. Breakfast was good but cold both mornings. The warming trays weren’t working or weren’t turned on. The toaster barely got the toast warm. When I mentioned the noise and the cold breakfast to the staff at checkout, he merely said “really I never noticed”, and “I made toast yesterday and it worked perfectly “. Never again.

It was clean it was modern looking.

Felt it was lacking in some basics. Linens were a little grey. Towel were like sand paper was out of soap as you can see just basic stuff. But for the price not good

Staff was very nice, crib didn't have a sheet on, but I called front staff and they quickly came and put 1 on. Big room. Beds were quite comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre.

It was very new and very clean! I was surprised at how lovely the room/building was.

I would NEVER book and pay for a property again until checking in.

the front desk clerk could not find our reservation that was booked and paid for through booking.com. We had to put down another deposit and the time and paperwork spent on this was ridiculous.

Excellent room, loved the space.

The room was spacious and lovely.

It was spacious enough for another chair to curl up in for a good book, that would have been nice. When 2 quests there should be at least 2 regular coffees. There one only 1 tea, 1 coffee, 1 decaf. It's a pet peeve that we can't enjoy 2 cups in bed before we get ready.

Loved how clean and big the room was. Big American breakfast, pool and exercise room included. Also a mini shop for late night snacking. On-site gas station and a 1 min walk from the casino. Brand new building.

Wish they had of designed a hot tub in the floor plans.

Very clean, comfortable and right next to a casino if you are in to that sort of thing. Right beside the Trans Canada highway 1 but still quiet. Included breakfast was great

The staff member Brayden who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly. It really made our stay start off great! The two young staff members at the breakfast also went above and beyond, and were so friendly and helpful! I also appreciated they made me gluten free toast in a separate toaster! The amount of variety of foods at breakfast was great!

The noise from the highway- but that’s unavoidable!
