Por el precio está más que correcto

Situación inmejorable con piscina en el recinto y a 2 calles de la playa

Necesita una actualización en cuanto a muebles y electrodomésticos, aunque está muy limpio ninguno de los cajones se abre bien y algunos ni se abren. La lavadora tiene desperfectos pero que no afectan a su funcionamiento. La puerta que sale a la terraza no cierra El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funciona aunque el frio que da el del salón enfria todo el apartamento y con eso y los ventiladores de techo se está agusto

Mucho que mejorar

La ubicación y la zona común.

En el baño el techo tiene una humedad que cualquier día pasará algo. La terraza con la del vecino tiene de separación un murito de menos de medio metro de altura ,vamos que te ven/ves todo y puedes cruzar sin problema . El ventanal que da a la terraza no cierra (siendo una planta baja que puede entrar cualquiera sin esfuerzo). El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funciona. Mucha humedad y hacia bastante frío , las mantas que había eran finísimas y las colchas muy finas también. La televisión al encenderla se ve mal la pantalla. El check-out a las 10 am me parece ya pasarse ,que la entrada es a las 16h.

Situación inmejorable con piscina en el recinto y a 2 calles de la playa

Necesita una actualización en cuanto a muebles y electrodomésticos, aunque está muy limpio ninguno de los cajones se abre bien y algunos ni se abren.
