Live there if I could! Staff, facilities, comfy beds, all the amenities and the lobby smells so good.
Just a suggestion but maybe pipe in that secret special lobby scent to the 2nd floor. Stepping off the elevator you get hit with the musty gym smell.

Staff is great. Out of all the hotel/apartments in New York, this is the one we stay at the most by far. That’s mainly for how nice the rooms are and how nice the front desk employees are. The rooms are always spot on and clean. You can’t beat the location. The train station is less than a half a block away that has almost every train to get you where you wanna go. As we always say it’s only a train ride away.

Security System was good
I had booked THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE in this Property. That means it is the MOST PREMIUM PROPERTY. I stayed 4 nights. ALL Nights the Front Hall AC did NOT WORK. No one came to the room to clean it all the 4 days.
