About this house rental
Nestled in South Forest Beach, this attractive house for $550 per night is a great choice for your next break. Renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse in Hilton Head Beach Villas near Coligny. An Oceanfront complex with peek-a-boo views of the Atlantic Ocean from our living room and balcony! BEAUTIFUL NEW SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN! Close enough to Coligny Plaza and the new Low Country Celebration Park to enjoy the many venues for dining, shopping and entertainment yet far enough away to enjoy our less crowded beach. Our villa is just steps to the sandy beach without having to cross any streets. Just walk through the beautifully landscaped courtyard to our private beach access boardwalk. Our Villa has 3 floors of living space. The top floor features 2 master bedrooms with King sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The main floor has the kitchen with dining table for 6 people, living room and balcony with a sliver view of the ocean. The main entry has the foyer, laundry room and full bath. The lower level has the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV, sofa and desk. The back deck has table/chairs for 6 people, a charcoal grill and a storage box filled with beach gear. The community pool with beach entry with lounge chairs is located just off our patio and also features an outdoor shower. The villa features a private carport and small drive that can accommodate 2 cars. This is a quiet oceanfront community that has only 30 units. Enjoy the lush greenery, large oak trees and ocean access. **We welcome Snow Birds with special pricing January/February. No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping anywhere on property. Please note when booking: One day prior to arrival, my local property manager will text you to provide you with gate and door codes. When booking, please provide your CELL phone # as this is how my property manager will contact you.

to the beach ,walk to Coligny Plaza , my favorite shopping . Owners have renovated with such great decor . A binder with favorite restaurants was a great find . We’ve been to Hilton Head before and found delicious new recommendations! Wonderful stay !

We loved everything about our condo! It was extremely clean and very convenient to restaurants, golf, and activities. Proximity to the beach was awesome. It was so nice to come home and cool off at the pool. The property manager was great to work with and it had everything we needed for a wonderful week. so glad we found this condo, I would stay here again!

Our stay was extremely pleasant. The location is unbeatable - being able to walk to the pool and ocean from our condo with two toddlers was crucial. It was so close to everything we wanted to see/do and the property was very clean upon arrival. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach property. The location on South Forest Beach Drive is really nice. We walked to the Coligny area daily. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 toddler. And the place was well equipped with everything we needed for the week.

No direct view of the ocean, if that's important to you, but it's a very short walk across a lawn to the ocean walkway. Very nice complex, and the access couldn't be easier. Very clean, updated, nicely furnished. Location is convenient to everything.

The South Forest Beach property was in a great location, just steps to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, and very close to the great bike paths the island offers. The property was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool area was also very nice. This was one of our favorite vacations and beaches to visit.

We had a lovely stay at our south forest beach condo! The location was great... easy walk to the beach and only a short bike ride to Coligny. Very comfortable and private bedrooms. I only have a couple of complaints and/or wishes. One would be to have better blinds in the downstairs twin bedroom.... when the sun comes up the bedroom gets really bright, really fast. Another complaint would be that the walk to and from the beach from the condo is a bit of a slushy and muddy mess. They may have had a lot of rain before we arrived, but the mosquitoes were out to get us the minute we walked out and started to the beach. I know that’s not the fault of the owner, but a designated paved path from the pool to the beach would be a huge upgrade.
Overall, the condo was great and we had a wonderful stay. The beach is wide and the house supplied nice chairs and a cart for our use. We will definitely come back!

Board walk is a perfect walk away. Week leading up to Memorial was quiet. Bike rentals are available across the street. Proximity to great dining is a plus. Anything you can want is a 5-10 minute bike ride away.
Beach supplies probably vary based on what is left behind, but we didn’t need all the stuff we brought. Bring your own beach towels. Bath towels are provided, but obviously they need to stay in the house.
Pool is nice for a quick dip. The teens enjoyed it. It’s cleaned daily.

Well appointed townhouse
The property is true to its pictures. Everyone had a comfortable bed and I love the kitchen. I will be checking on a new backsplash for my home. Being able to walk to the beach was wonderful, because there is so little parking on the island. The pool was just a few steps away. We grilled out one night. We also cooked a seafood feast another night. We were happy that they had lots of pots, pans, a cookie sheet, and even a lobster pot. We enjoyed walking
to Coligny at night for frozen custard.
We explored Beaufort, SC one day. The golf cart tour was amazing! Beaufort is full of history, beautiful old homes and restaurants. Definitely worth a day trip.
Everything was perfect! A big "thank you "goes to the owners of the HHI condo for making our home away from home a comfortable one.
