We were there for our son's wedding, the house was perfect for extended family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as feel cozy. We spent most of our time outdoors on the back patio that has ample seating for a full house. Communication with owner was great. Our cousins rented the house next door with same owner, creating even more opportunity for family fun! Definetly would recommend!

The Fox house was a perfect place for our family members coming in from 5 different states. Plenty of room for all to gather and reminisce, enjoy meals, play games, relax in the hot tub and take a dip in the pool. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping and prepared with clean linens for our out of town guests. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans and cooking utensils to prepare meals for our guests. Communication with the host was prompt and welcoming. We will definitely look into booking the Fox house again!

Our group of 13 stayed here for a 3-night bachelorette weekend. The house was fully stocked with blankets and towels, lots of appliances and dishes/cookware available in the kitchen. Many fridges, which came in handy for all of our beverages for the weekend. The pool is not heated, but it was still fun to have it. The outdoor seating space was very popular, we loved hanging out there at night and also during breakfast watching the sunrise. The hot tub doesn't get very hot, but it was a great place to hang out each evening. There was plenty of space to park our rental car, and the HEB grocery right down the street was super helpful when we needed to make a couple trips throughout the weekend for more food/drinks. The place was very clean when we arrived, check-in was easy and the owner was very responsive when we arrived and needed the A/C to get adjusted. There was a funky smell when we arrived, but it went away once they addressed the A/C issue. Overall, Luiz was a very helpful host. I had to remove a couple stars from "cleanliness" because there were multiple MASSIVE cockroaches and some baby cockroaches that I had to get rid of inside the house. It was jarring when I discovered each one and made me really nervous because lots of our belongings and suitcases were being stored on the floor. They were humungous, I found one in the medium-sized bathroom and one in the adjoining bedroom to that bathroom. That was pretty gross. All in all, the house was great for our needs and the backyard amenities were for sure the biggest selling point. I would not stay at this house again only because of the cockroach issue.

We had 12 male adult males in this rental. It was more than enough space. The pool was where we hung out the majority of the time. Everything was really nice and easy. This is a really great place to stay with a super nice host that is close by and can help with any issues that pop up. I would recommend this for any large group but it is in a residential neighborhood and you do have to keep the noise down.

Overall the neighborhood was nice and peaceful, I personally think maybe the patio furniture needs a update it pretty old or just worn out. House was nice and spacious plenty of room for everyone.

This house was big enough for all of us (3 couples and 3 small children) to have our own space and large enough for us to all come together. I was surprised to find the kids room off of the laundry with outside access but my kids brought baby monitors so no problem to put the 5 year old and 2 year old in “the bunk house”. They were happy to have their own space. The kitchen was large enough for 3 or 4 cooks. The pool was heavenly as the temperature all week was in triple digits. The only problem I encountered was the bbq was full of grease causing a very dangerous condition. Also. Potatoes from a previous guest were in the bbq leading me to believe that the bbq was overlooked by the house cleaner. All in all, we had a great time.

Ubers to 6th St/Rainey St we’re about 20 mins long but worth it to have the pool! Luiz was very kind and very accommodating. I highly recommend this house for large groups visiting Austin!

Wonderful location and gorgeous house! Stayed with 12 ladies for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Location is only 15 min from bars, so Lyft & Uber worked without any issues. Luiz was great, responsible, and checked on multiple times to make sure everything was good to go! Check in & out process easy and quick. Will definitely return!

Plenty of room in the backyard for throwing frisbees, and the covered porch had a swing that helped soothe the teething baby. The well equipped kitchen had plenty of pot, pans, dishes, and utensils. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were extra towels available for everyone who needed one.

We had training at a local ranch and chose this property due to sheer proximity to the ranch for training. Long hours of training were relieved by the beautiful pool deck and hot tub. Plenty of space and sleeping areas. Perfect for a large family or group of people. Property manager was very communicative and will most definitely entertain renting again if in the area and is available!

It was hard to find a place that allowed bachelorette parties and that housed 14 people, but this property was perfect! House was clean and spacious! The pool was a huge added bonus and a short 15-17 minute uber trip to Rainey St! Owners were super helpful and responsive! They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking in the Austin area.

Amy was super helpful after I had to rebook my stay at the house three times due to COVID. Finally was able to go and the house was exactly as advertised. Awesome place, plenty of space and easy access to downtown. My group would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect spot for a family getaway. It was close to downtown Austin for a quick drive in to do things and minutes from the grocery store and shopping. But even better was it was perfect for just staying at the house to relax. It had everything we could need, the pool was a great perk as was the outdoor seating, and there was a great fenced area for our dogs. We would definitely come again!

This spacious home was a wonderful setting for our family vacation. Th kids enjoyed having their own space in the bunk room and the bedrooms were just right for the adults. The master is huge as well as the bathroom with a great waterfall shower. Although it was a bit cool, we enjoyed the pool the entire time which is very clean. Our 2 dogs were very happy in the dog run and when our puppy slipped out of her collar and took off running, the neighbor lady next door was very sweet to come out and check that we caught her. The owner was quick to respond when we had one question about the pool vacuum and very accommodating as well. This is a great home! We can’t wait to reserve it again. Great location, everything is about a 20 minute drive. I highly suggest using Uber or Lyft to get you around. There is plenty of sleeping room and the pool and outdoor space is wonderful. The house was furnished with everything you need.

We stayed here with a group of friends and had the best time. All the bedrooms were comfortable for our group of 10. We really appreciated the three full bathrooms. We were able to fully enjoy the pool & grill for the day. The house is close enough to everything we were doing & we were able to order ubers. The owners were accommodating to our flight arrival and departures & the communication was great!

We stayed here with a group of friends and had the best time. All the bedrooms were comfortable for our group of 10. We really appreciated the three full bathrooms.
