5. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations.
6. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night`s charge.
7. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
8. Maximum occupancy is 20 guests across both units. Dogs allowed, maximum of two. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. A pet brought without paying the fee is charged $250. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages.
