Good family property

The place is very nice and spacious, excellent for a family stay. Two bedrooms, big kitchen with utensiles, nice terrace to have a drink although looking at the parking lot and the road. Electric blinds, air conditioning, fridge, all very good. Recommendable for family stays if you have a car and can move this way around. Parking place provided.

As we were without a car in this trip, there were a few inconveniences. First to go there walking and with backpacks is a bit far. Then check-in and check-out hours are far from the best. Even though we were allowed to enter earlier in the property (at 2pm instead of 4pm) there was no option where to leave our luggage. Which was even worse at check out when I asked again just to leave luggage somewhere and come back later and anserr was no. So for us it meant check-out at 10am and spent the whole day sightseing with our backpacks. Definitely spoilt our last day and definitely something to be improved.

Very good

Basic and comfortable apartment for a family of 4. No traffic noise in bedrooms allowing for a silent night sleep. Living room equipped with good airco which kept the common areas of the apartment nice and cool.. Auto check-in giving flexibility on arrival and although we did not get to know the owner in person, communication by phone and WhatsApp was good and response was direct.

We had the downstairs front apartment with terrace and living room looking out on the small parking and busy road. Which does not give you much privacy. The apartment does not offer any consumables. Sugar, salt, toiletries, etc need to be bought by the renters. Maybe OK if your planning a multiple week stay, but for short, 1 to 2 days stays like ours a bit more of an inconvenience. These are very much low cost consumables but it would be so much nicer if you find some basic products upon arrival. There is a Tassimo coffee machine without capsules and maybe it would be a suggestion to have in addition a regular Italian coffeemaker as well. Last but not least, the plastic mattress protectors are not comfortable in a warn bedroom, we had to take them off.

Las camas y las almohadas,super incomodas,y el sofa muy pequeño e incomodo,y por las noches todas las luces se quedaban iluminadas aun estando apagadas y en la habitacion de los niños no habia ventilador y hacia mucho calor

Tiene Parking gratuito pero la puerta estaba abierta durante los 3 dias de estancia, el motor estaba roto, el baño estaba muy bien, esta en zona calmada sin ruidos externos

Faltaba limpieza, tuve que volver a barrer todo porque el suelo estaba lleno de polvo y los cristales del balcon solo estaba hecho 1, no es nada grave pero se notaba que estaba hecho rapido y corriendo. Y el Wifi no iba, me mandaron conectarme al de al lado y la señal era floja y se desconectaba todo el rato
