Helt greit pensjonat, med hyggelig personale.

Personalet var service innstilt og vennlige. Takk til han som bar min koffert opp trappene til rommet mitt, og til han som forsøkte å fikse tv på rommet. At det var så sentralt og at det var kjøleskap på rommet.

Det kunne ha vært et dusjforheng på badet, alt ble vått etter at jeg dusjet. Gardinene kunne ha vært lys-tette, både for lyset fra gata og for trekken fra vinduene. At tv ikke fungerte.

Nice (small) room in a good location

A nice small room in a good location. A few minutes walk from the city center. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Fast and stable WIFI.

No elevator despite some of the rooms are at floors 3 to 5.

Low star accom but clean and friendly.

It must have been an old building but they have clearly made renovations, upgrading floor, bathroom (tiled). The beds were comfortable but unfortunately our twin beds glided apart when reaching for your partner. Very narroe beds but comfortable, nevertheless.. Very central location - excellent.

Beds are comfy but could be wider. The armchairs were hard. Needed an upgrade. Otherwise the room is good enough for lower star rateded places. Parking is EXTREMELY expensive.

An affordable stay with a convenient yet not furnished enough kitchenette; amazing customer service

- The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I can't remember having better customer service. - It's perfectly located within the city center. - The kitchenette, although limited, is convenient to have. - In the heart of winter it isn't cold. - It's significantly cheaper than most of the other offers in Trondheim. - The fridge isn't noisy at all.

- There should be better kitchenware for the kitchenette. The lack of a sponge was especially felt, as well as something to peel off vegetables, and a kettle. - There is a single room for the shower and the toilets (not a problem in itself) but since there is no shower curtain, everything in the bathroom gets wet. - It would be nice to have some very basic food items like salt and oil in the kitchenette: buying everything for a short stay feels wasteful. - One of the two heating plates didn't work. - Our window couldn't close completely (not that we were cold in any way so it didn't bear much consequence for us, and we did get offered another room).

Budget friendly and comfortable stay at the heart of the city

Single occupancy room I have booked had everything I needed for my stay and more. It was facing the backyard and very quiet. The bed was wider than a regular single bed and was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Heated bathroom floors were already at a decent temperature. The room even had a kitchenette and a fridge. However, I didn't use them. For a longer stay, they would have been very convenient.

Good location, nice staff and basic features.

Reasonable hotel with basic features. Good location close to the main square and nice staff. There is a public, paid parking very close to the hotel.

Cleanliness and features like pots and plates were very basic.

Awful internet connection and it led to multiple disconnection. If anyone thinks of working through PC, avoid this place.

Fair value for the money. Very kind staff

Super-kind staff, very clean, central location, price in absolute terms lower than most hotels in central Trondheim

Facilities were very basic. Internet, while excellent on the ground floor, often got disconnected upstairs. Visitors should be aware that, since there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, upper floors are unsuitable for any baggage but backpacks and medium trolleys.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We arrived there after having camped for several days so it was quite luxurious for us. The windows and the view was great.

One of the top plates of the stove oven didn’t work and our double bed were two single beds put next to each other causing them to shift a little at night.

The room is spacious with all necessary amenities. The location is very good, just few mins away from the main square.

Good value for Norway and you can be self sufficient.

Great room. Everything I needed. Comfy bed, Good shower. Stove, crockery, utensils and a fridge.

No microwave though.

Value for money, but needs attention.

Near to city center. Kitchenette. Every room is different. Free coffee.

Maintenance seems to get less intention. Things need repair. Rooms on the front have streetnoise of trams, busses and drunk city visitors.

Fair price, average stay.

Location is good, close to city and transport. Easy to check in. Easy to find. Bathroom was new and very comfortable Kitchen was functional. Pan, plates, utensils, stove, everything you need to make food.

Quite noisey in the mornings. You can easily hear people walking/running in the hallway. Speech is audible. Doors could be better insulated. Dark rooms. Wi-Fi was very poor. It kept hopping off and on.
