The tranquility

The pool and the grounds were absolutely stunning . Also the gym was so well set up and a very pleasant place to work out . Chris was extremely helpful and very welcoming , great service from Chris .

The layout of the family room . The stairs were steep with no banister railing and the air conditioning position in the room . We all felt that a couple of the ladies at reception did not feel like it was there job to make us feel welcome or assist . This attitude was a bit surprising and disappointing.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and was a surprise find, as we were trying to stay down by the port of Soller and I didn't realize that there was a separate town named Soller. The hotel is beautiful and spa like, we had our 10 and 14 year old children and they enjoyed the pool and gym area which also had a pool table. The breakfast each morning came with a custom egg entree and a delicious buffet of local meats, cheeses, breads and pastries. The hotel is located about 1 block from the central plaza where the church is located along with many restaurants and boutique shops. There is a tram that takes you into Porte de Soller. We did a boat excursion to some of the local beaches one day. Another day, we rented a car with the help of our hotel, driving in the small towns can be a little stressful. But the highways were very easy to navigate. So we drove into the main city of Palma to explore that area which is about a 30 minute drive. I would highly recommend this town and hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca.

Nothing about the hotel but be warmed that there are no Ubers and very few taxi's. Have the hotel arranged taxis for you.

It’s a beautiful property great position

It was extremely expensive.. you couldn’t sit at the pool till after 3 as there is a school right beside it .. the noise level is pretty bad. Breakfast is very basic you have to pay for cooked eggs!! Staff are polite but there a coldness in their hospitality.. we arrived back to the hotel at 10.15 one evening we asked for a drink which we were going to bring to our room.. staff were in the bar but told us it was closed.. very strange
