Passable
Overall it was quiet. Neighborhood is being revitalized and the people I encountered were pleasant.
Lack of extras...no microwave. Shower was a handheld wand. All rooms were hot except bedroom; it had a box unit. There was a stove/oven but nothing you could really use to warm up food. Door at top of stairs wouldn't lock. And the tv was useless...especially since it's in a room with no ac. It would have been nice to have a bedside table lamp, and a hand towel in the bathroom as well as a place to put toiletries while taking said wand shower.

Use to live in the city the unit was good but anyone else it’s a maybe.
The room inside looked really nice. The living room had nice vibe to drink your morning tea. The bed was super comfortable and the room with the pool table was nice touch.
Way too many spiders crawling around. I didn’t like that all the windows had no cover so living room stayed hot. The door to the unit did not locked all the way.

I didn’t stay at this location. mug said.
I didn’t like how they over booked and then tried to give me a smaller space for the same amount of money.
that’s why I did not stay there. and also put some money back into your property. floor boards had a major whole in it.

Price is great for a simple place to rest your head. Close to many things!
I was told for New Orleans it was about normal. I did like that there was NO musty smell.
I didn’t like that the main wooden door was not to be locked. Only the screen door could be locked. You entered into a shared area where the washer dryer were and it was junky. Walked up some unique, old stairs and entered into the apt. that door we could lock! The only air conditioning was in the bedrooms. It was enough to be cool at night. This would not have been enough air for me in the summer heat. The kitchen has very few items to use, but this did not effect my trip. This place is ok to rent if you aren’t planning on spending much time there. Owner was very fast at responding. You need to park on the one way side road and go in the side iron door. That is where the “middle” door is you enter. This was very confusing to us!

Spacious, some AC, comfortable; needs a handyman
Lots of great space in kitchen which was clearly updated, 'really like the sunroom, TV worked well; beds and sheets very comfy, great to have AC in the room but a PAIN to have to prop things all over the floors to keep doors closed. 'Nice to have the coffee maker, coffee and creamer; the outlets work! Very spacious place. Had hair dryer and desk and overall a thoughtful place.
They need a handyman to come put simple eye-hooks on every single door because none of them stay closed so the AC blasts the halls and closets and attic unless you pull a chair in front of them. There are 2 rooms with AC whose doors so they WASTE an incredible amount of money and CFCs air-conditioning the planet. $5 and 30 minutes would fix them all. The bathroom floor under tub needs cleaning. The shower needs a handyman to fix the holder, it's only hand-held now which doesn't work when washing hair. There's still no microwave despite many complaints (it didn't bother me since I read the other comments) but it's not nice to still not have the $30 appliance that's advertised. Only having one flimsy screen door locked between apt and outside was very uncomfortable as the neighborhood was not wonderfully safe, and my daughter spent much of a whole night awake worried that someone would come in. The junk room that greets you when you first walk in could be cleaned or have curtains added around it.
