Clean comfortable good breakfast and hot shower. Stayed twice 1 night before island stay and 1 night after. Wi Fi was great in the first room in the second room it didn’t work and this was the deluxe room

The location is superb, just behind the cathedral of the main square. It's a family-owned hotel and everybody working there is wonderful. I loved the abundance of choices for breakfast and the views from my room. I would stay here again.
Alas, Wi-Fi stopped working half way through my stay and never got fixed. This might have been an issue with the provider, rather than the hotel. The hotel staff definitely did their best to get it fixed. I'm only mentioning this, because I was looking to get some work done while in Puno.

The staff were very accommodating, we arrived very early and had a lot of time to kill before check in. They organised our room to be sorted so that we could check in earlier. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Location
This hotel is much older than it looks and desperately needs a makeover. Very noisy rooms, difficult to sleep. And the water for the showers simply does not stay at the temperature you set so you start with a nice shower for about 30 seconds then it just swings from burning hot to freezing cold.
