Our room was clean and hotel was easy to access. They provided coca tea in the lobby area. We only stayed one night.
At check in, we asked for taxi and boxed breakfast at 6am (in order to catch bus to Cusco); neither was ready. We panicked a bit before both were ready. Boxed breakfast was an unappetizing cheese sandwich, 2 pieces of fruit and a bottle of water:(

It is located close to the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral.
It is rated as a 4 star hotel but I felt that at best it is a 3 star hotel. The WiFi did not work in our room. We had to go to the lobby to use WiFi.
