the door alarm beeps if you unlock but don’t shut the door and neighbours did this quiet a lot - so broken sleep

Exceptional

Incredible comfort after a long journey. Hotel rooms with all equipment so that you don't miss anything, an oasis of well-being in the busy city center. Extremely helpful staff.

Disappointing

Its location

The staff. Unfriendly and we were wrongly accused twice of not paying for laundry services. During the first accusation they tried to stop two of our group leaving. On the second occasion after we’d left their response to my having evidence of payment was to say ‘ thanks for the information’ no apology whatsoever

Good location and value for money

The lady at reception was so welcoming and accommodating. Organised tours and also the boat to Bolivia to leave Peru due to state of emergency. It was almost impossible to move anywhere. The breakfast was fine, always coca tea at reception. This is definitely one of the better places I have stayed in this price range. The location was perfect.

Although the beds are a bit small they were comfortable, but for 2 large people could be a tight fit. Sometimes the water wasn't always hot. Everything considered I definitely recommend for the price!

Superb

Everything was very nice, friendly staff, good breakfast, heater and hairdryier in the room (first time ever in Perú).

The only reason I don't give a 10/10 is the wifi, it is very unstable, if you need to work is not the place for you.

Location, staff were very friendly My family and I had breakfast after hours, around 830am

The breakfast schedule 6-8am, to early. It will, be nice to sleep late and still have breakfast.. ideallyv 6-9am Also to add variety, healthier cereals like granola. Kiwicha and some fruits for breakfast.

good stay in clean hotel

clean and great location. restaurant on site. the hotel and the rooms were excellent. good break included in the price. oxygen available on site if required. despite the issue in the restaurant I would definitely stay again.

was continually ignored by the waiter. He eventually came across. he didn’t know what was available and had to go to kitchen to ask, he didn’t understand what I wanted despite me pointing at my choices and then asked which course I wanted first. ?. totally forgot my beer. food however was tasty.

Nice central location with friendly staff

.Friendly staff and great location. Room was cold but we had a heater which was great. Breakfast was nice.

Advertised as a 4-star hotel, but similar to the 3-star hotels that we stayed in. Dining room was cold.

Fabulous find in PUNO

Everything was great, and I was excited they had a space heater and a hairdryer. I was ill and they ordered me chicken soup for room service. The staff were very kind and helpful!!

good location, tea available, good shower

good location and good breakfast options, the staff gave us a bigger heater when we asked elevator in the hotel and laundry service but expensive.. tea, hot water, microwave available at the lobby. security guard/ doorman of hotel was nice and made sure we were okay whenever we were at the lobby or restaurant . i hope he gets recognition for this.

the room was way too cold even with the heater on, also the laundry service was expensive and not too good- didn’t smell like soap and returned to us late at night instead of 3pm as they said. the heater for bedroom was too small so we had to ask for another one

pretty good, would stay again

spacious room, good location, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, free warm beverages

no one offered to help us with our luggage and we struggled a bit as it was our first day at altitude.

Great location, saff was nice and helpful. loved the breakfast that was served early and had delicious choices.
