The male receptionist I think his name was Jesus was so welcoming and very attentive of us that made our stay even better.

Location is off the beaten path but close to many wineries. Great place to disconnect and relax. We felt like we were at a private mini resort. Mini splits for each room is a BIG plus! Good sized fridge for food/drinks.
The room has artificial plug-in scents that were too strong and soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work properly. Besides the pool and jacuzzi, there aren't many other amenities. Make sure to pack or stop at the market before arriving.

The staff was great specially Gabriel and Ricardo! Gabriel was very helpful when we arrived and Ricardo took over once Gabriel was gone.
I did not like the room I initially booked did not have a separation from the bedroom. I had to upgrade to a more expensive room to get the room separation for the privacy I was seeking. I also did not like to see the cow tied to a tree the poor cow was tangled in between two trees. My dad had to untangle her so the poor cow could reach her water.
I also did not like where the hacienda was located I did not like having to drive through the dirt roads to get there. Also the pool was very small we were able to use it the first night of our stay but the second night it was full of people who were there until past midnight when we were told the pool closed at 11 which was disappointing to not be able to use the pool and not be able to sleep because of the people enjoying the pool.
