Location was amazing. The split room was perfect. The shower was clean and had great pressure. The breakfast was awesome, the staff was attentive and kept the foods filled even during high demand. Overall wonderful stay!!
The only observation/complaint is that the floors seemed thin, we could hear the people over us stomping around, but this is not the hotel’s fault.

Location right opposite the sea, great for morning swims and walks, good choice of all options for breakfast, central to main activities in Blanes
Road noise is a problem, we were in room 105, from early morning the traffic is noisy, maybe request a room higher up , it might mute it a bit. The shower was fabulous but the safety rail is positioned right in the centre which whallops your elbow at times, needs to be moved further towards the shower door exit

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, though basic. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
Reception staff were despondent and unhelpful. My beach towel disappeared from my balcony — it had been soaking wet from a rogue wave, so it couldn’t have blown away , my swim shorts remained which were lighter a quick drying — yet staff just shrugged their shoulders. The spa area felt rundown and not properly maintained, and there was a €15 charge for only two hours. I had to ask for a towel and even request that they turn on the steam room and sauna. The jacuzzi water looked unclean.

Nice location bu the beach, close to town
We were really surprised how this hotel has managed to get 4 stars, maximum 3 and only because of the breakfast. No kettle in a room, they charge you extra €15 per person to go to spa, corridors remind you hospital corridors, mould in a bathroom and really basic room furniture.
