Situation, emplacement, accueil du personnel disponible et compétent. Offre des buffets, notamment au petit-déjeuner.
L'hôtel ne se présente pas assez dans sa particularité qui est d'être "muslim-friendly". D'où une certaine surprise au début, vite surmontée néanmoins. Mais il conviendrait d'avertir davantage.

El bufet era muy variado y muy bueno, la limpieza y el servicio muy bien
de 3 ascensores solo iba 1, costó mucho que repararan otro, y al final solo funcionaron 2 de 3

Da italiani che amano la cucina abbiamo trovato del ottimo cibo sempre fresco e genuino. I cuochi controllano continuamente le isole e consigliano cosa mangiare.
Purtroppo gli ascensori non sono alla pari della quantità di gente che ha l hotel, sono piccoli e spesso non funzionano e per me che sono portatrice di handicap con carrozzina non è possibile dover aspettare 10 minuti per riuscire a salire sul ascensore e raggiungere il piano a cui andare. Dovreste mettere camere per portatori di handicap al piano zero così da non dover aspettare l uso di ascensori che purtroppo non arrivano o non funzionano. È l unica cosa di cui ci lamentiamo per il resto l hotel e il personale è stupendo

No podies prendre una copa de vi en el sopar perquè no serveixen alcohol,fan propaganda de gelats i no en tenen cap. Les instalasions (banys) necesitan reforma.
