Bon hotel familiar.

El buffet molt bo, tot i q una mika massa picant havent canalla. Servei neteja 3r pis excel·lent (lily, encantadora i servicial) Treballadors excel·lent sempre amb un somriure. Poder usar dues terrasses i piscines. Jefe de sala rapido y eficaz, un diez. Bona gestió del personal, donant-nos facilitats per canvi de dies dels àpats. Mini disco genial.

Que enderrerissin l'espectacle de màgia pq hi havia molta gent sopant, quan l'espectacle estava anunciat des de feia dies. Al final va venir poca gent més i ens vam haver esperar per res. I q usés el català últim i de forma casi excepcional. Piscina blaucel petita i molt atapeida de gent. Difícil la gestió de l'ascensor. Irrespectuós els de l'habitació 306, fumant dins habitació i que no els diguessin res.

Pleasant

Fine hotel, as expected standard. Food was better than expected.

The dining area is situated in the basement. Many Russians at the hotel, and they are greeted in Russian by the staff.

Succsseful.

The hotel was just what I expected and more. The hotel staff was kind and helped me to stay at the hotel easily. The location was very close to the beach so I could enjoy too.

For the business purpose short stay, it was good enough. I could not see any of the improvement points. Easy to park, good food, good bar to haung around, etc.

We had a great time at Blaucel handily placed for the beach and surrounding bars and restaurants

The staff are excellent especially on Reception , location suited are needs , lunch and evening dining had plenty of choice .

Breakfast menu was poor and limited in choice.

I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located more than 3 km from the station - recommended by taxi (approx. 15 eur). Location by the sea, next to the campsites, quiet, peaceful. Near the hotel there is a promenade stretching all the way to the old town and the marina. Close to several grocery stores. With the purchased breakfasts, the hotel staff gave us dinners for free. Varied meals, themed dinners - everyone will find something for themselves, there is even too much food. Drinks with dinner are additionally payable. Fruit available at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast from 7.30 a.m., dinner from 7.00 p.m. The property has an outdoor pool and a swimming pool. In the evenings, music by the pools. The service is very nice, multilingual (next to Spanish - also French and English) - special thanks to the helpful and smiling Begonia. Catering room service very efficient - nods to the room manager, live cooks and waiters. Rooms unexpectedly large, with comfortable balconies and sea views. Towels changed daily.

It seems that 2 elevators are not able to efficiently handle all those waiting during rush hour - we often descended from the 6th floor, because the waiting time was too long.

It was worth the price.

Very good location and the food was amazing.

Lack of cleanness (dirty room and bathroom) and the housekeeping was smoking on the floor so there was cigarette smoke in the room.

A very good family friendly hotel.

We had an excellent experience at Blaucel. The staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, well varied and themed. The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and big enough for everyone. The animation team provided good entertainment, particularly liked the Flamenco and Magic Night. The beach is a 3-5 min walk. It was not overcrowded (end of August). On our the last day, we were given picnic lunch boxes, very thoughtful.

Perhaps, the lifts need to be improved.

pool was great for the kids, the highlight of the trip was Alex from the animation team, he was brilliant with kids of all ages and they loved all the activities he organised.

Exceptional

A beautiful hotel close to the beach with a sea view. Room was lovely and clean. We received dinners for free as a gift and it was absolutely amazing! Breakfasts also rich and great.

We wanted a double bed but we had two beds side by side so there was a gap making more bigger during the night. (But maybe because of this we received dinners and so we were satisfied :)))

Blanes was great and a hotel mostly ok.

Location great. Breakfast ok. The staff was helpful.

The condition of the hotel was a bit beaten up. The elevators was a joke, please do something with them. The breakfast room was very noisy and it was like chaos almost every morning.

Disappointing

Swimming pool and live entertainment were not bad

Small rooms with very poor old furniture and non-comfortable beds without even a minibar. Food was not great despite many varieties and staff not very responsive. Needed to pay extra for the beach.

a pleasant surprise was a gift from the hotel for full board instead of the paid half board. great variety of food for all meals and friendly, helpful staff. wonderful beach near the hotel.

an extra bed could be more comfortable. blankets could be more comfortable as there is a sheet with a bedspread to cover. I doubt that they manage to wash the bedspreads after every guest.

location is great , service needs improvement , Blanes excellent place

location food was very good and consistent with variety chefs were really nice clean room

sloppy waitering service during supper , some even ignoring you and giving you cold shoulder one receptionist only dealing with a lot enquiries same time but very polite and helpful lifts not enough , therefore no much use of them walked most of the time to 3 d floor

Great hotel for families

Excellent sortiment of food, animation programs and lot of sunbeds waiting for the guests next to the pool. Good location, close to Barcelonna.

Good value for money

Overall a good value for money. The pool is comfortable, food is OK. Great location close to the beach.

Areas for improvement: Cleanliness in public areas; staff communicating hotel rules/providing instructions and when&where food service takes place/ check out times/ how to depart from parking, etc.

The overall stay was really good.

The breakfast was fantastic. It was buffet style. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was well prepared and always fresh.

The two twin beds were too small.

Good

Was near to the beach, breakfast was very good and staff was friendly. Room was spacious.

Didn’t think that the dinner buffet was very good plus was a bit crowded. Pools were way too crowded. Room didn’t have a mini bar. A lot of guests were ignoring the anti covid rule of not sharing elevators with other guests, which is not the hotels fault but it is made worse due to the hotel only having 2 elevators.
