Very poor

Location

I booked a hotel and when I arrived they sent me to the hotel in front (same group) but not the one I rented Is not a 4 stars hotel, impossible Not good card keys Smells as fried oil The attention was not good

Good price quality hotel, 5 min. walk from the beach. Great location, good food.

The view from the room was really nice, partly to the sea, 5th floor. We took FB and the food was delicious and very different, to each taste. Many fruits. Close to the beach.

The bed was moving a little, as it had the wheels.

A typical large hotel at the edge of Blanes

Upon arrival, we were offered a half-board at the same price which was pleasant. It is a typical large hotel having similar handicaps and benefits as other large hotels. Both breakfast and dinner were quite generous. The location was quite good as it took 2-3 minutes to reach the beach.

As usually at such large hotels, it was noisy and crowded. The room was too small for a 4-star hotel. Though the hotel is very close to the beach, it is quite far from the city centre. Actually it is located at the very end of Blanes among numerous campings

Good hotel for families. Walking distance to the beach. Spacious room & balcony. VERY uncomfortable beds

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. 2 single beds with plastic base so mattress kept sliding off. Beds on wheels on a tiled floor so move about. You can’t take any breakfast items to the room ( my 19 year old is a late riser so missed out on breakfast) would have been nice to take her up some pastries

Recommend if your just staying at the beach and not travelling around the town.

Nice pool and facilities, staff were nice too. Close to beach.

The location is a bit far from Blanes and the sites. You will spend a bit on taxis going back and forth.

Would return in the morning if I could

The food was superb. We were half board. Fabulous selection at all mealtimes. Packed lunch available if needed. Some meats/ pastas cooked as you watched. Balconies in both adjacent apartments with view of the sea and sunrise...couldn't ask for better. Beach a few hundred meters. Lots of restaurants within easy reach but we had no need to try them!

Great location and fab food. We got present from the hotel and got dinners free for whole our stay what was great and such a nice surprise.

Super staff

All the staff is super friendly and helpful.Starting with David(manager),he was very prompt and professional.Chef Ramiro was also attentive to his staff and with the customers.The list can continue with Mamadou,Susane,Ivan from the bar and with Alex (animation).Even if there was something missing,they are ready to fix it.It is a perfect hotel for families,very close to the beach,good food and for this price you get decent conditions.They come and clean every day your room and you get new towels.

Location, location, location, a hotel that needs renovation.

Great location to access to the beach (just 2 min walk). Target customer - families with small kids looking to spend some days nearby the sea without going broke during high season.

The hotel needs reconstruction. It was hard to find a single thing in this building that wont creak. Beds and mattresses have not been renewed in 10 years (at least). Even if you book with meals included, they will charge you at least 3 EUR a drink, just to be aware.

Nice location, helpful staff, great food.

The restaurant was understaffed, which is quite strange considering the high unemployment rate in Spain. A lot of the signage in the hotel was in Russian and conversely there was a lack of support for Ukraine (at least a flag at the reception and entrance would have been appropriate). Unfortunately, these political gestures must also be taken into account, given that Russia has invaded a European country and its political leaders are threatening the whole of Europe, including the guests of the Blaumar Hotel.

Wonderful weeks stay.

We were on the top floor + had the bonus of the whole top corner patio to ourselves with the best view overlooking the sea.

Nothing feky, had a really lovely stay at the Blaumar.

Exceptional

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around.. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel again. The price performance ratio is very good.

Not a good choice

Close to the beach.

Very crowdy. Too much noise from the other rooms and also from the pool outside. Smell in the room. Very crowdy also in the breakfast area as they are operating people also from Hotel Blaucel. Check out at 10.00. Never experienced such. The price comparing with the offer and the quality of the offer. Parking fee per day is 14 euro but you can find outside public slots for 6 euros.

Quite unpleasant...

Location by the beach was nice. Some nice restaurants near by.

Too little staff and everything increadibly slow, I had to wait for the parking lot key for 20minutes as they filled in forms etc. Kids playground was old and small (luckly there was a bigger play ground close by by the beach which we found by accident). The kids playroom advertised on their webpage did not exist/was not in use due to c*vid (although no other measures were in use anymore). Beds were uncomfortable. Baby crib was not available in the room upon arrival late at night even though this was confirmed several days before arrival. The restaurant did not have a high chair for the baby. Elevators were not working normally. We will not be coming here again...

Location.

Bed was old and uncomfortable. Food was a joke. Breakfast was ok, lunch and dinner well not worth a penny. Noisy room but this was not the fault of the hotel.

Lovely stay- enjoyed the food- would recommend staying half board. Great location. Maria great.

Food excellent. Entertainment good. Proximity to beach a real bonus.

Rooms at Blaumar could be updated- they are a little old fashioned- but have everything you need all the same.
