When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor. The Space: This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1200 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: - Direct beachfront and boardwalk access - Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk - Washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load - Fully equipped kitchen - Plenty of beds! - Complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available. - Complimentary coffee - Fitness center access - 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation (parking codes will be provided) Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 queen and 1 sofabed Bedroom 2: 1 queen and 1 double bed Living/Common Area: 1 sofabed Wheelchair Accessible! Guest Access: Guest have access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities The Neighborhood: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: - Absecon Lighthouse - Atlantic City Aquarium - Marine Mammal Stranding Center - Renaissance Plaza - Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No smoking No parties or events Late check out fee is at $75/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police, escorted off the premise by security, and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Interaction with Guests: We are available 24/7 by message through the app, call, text, or email!

If you book a room that says ocean view or ocean front, don't book it. I was told it must have been a misunderstanding because they don't have any ocean front or view rooms. Out of the corner of 1 window, we could see a tiny piece of the bay. The booking process was a nightmare. I'm not good with computers at my age and knowing AC gets a lot of seniors, why would they require you to do parts of the process on a computer or phone with picture taking capabilities. Just beware and maybe phone contact with the owner of the property will help. If the person lies on the phone, red flag, but get the name and contact info of that person. The booking problems(at one point, my reservation was cancelled by a computer automatically) and the stress of not getting the ocean front that I booked, just doubled the stress I was going to AC to get rid of. The only semi-positive, they said they could only compensate for a max of $100 which they did. Thank you for that.

Check in proceed was horrible if I had Chan e to cancel I would . Receptionist didn’t care because wasn’t hotel first . It was the cozy….. Elevator very dirty and the whole experience was awful

What a great location! Place was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen was the perfect size and the rooms were big!! Only issues were connectivity with WI-FI, water wasn’t warm for showers and early morning (7am) construction everyday but Sunday.

Great location for casinos and impressed with all the activities at showboat including go karts, mini golf, arcades and more. Will bring kids along next time .

Was a fantastic unit and very modern. Everything thing was included in the kitchen. The kids loved the arcade and the restaurants in the condo are PERFECT. We can not wait to book again!!!!

This was basically 3 hotel rooms that were converted into one apartment. Pros: Huge. Location was great. Room was clean and modern. Beds were comfy. Full kitchen. Free parking!!! Negatives: not handicapped accessable. The Showboat pool area was disgusting. Advertised a balcony - but that referred to the pool deck. Did not know that until after we checked in. Only one TV.
